    Hi McKane,

    I've received confirmation that our Commerce Apps team is already investigating how to add this functionality to the Socialite App. As they provide updates on a timeline or capabilities I will update here, but as of right now this is something we are planning to implement.

    Hello Eugene,

    I've created a ticket for this request and escalated to the Product Manager handling Workflows. In order to offer something like this we would also have to change how we store and react to contact field changes. Right now, once the value is updated to "Paid" we have no record of what the value used to be. But I do think your use-case makes sense and will get this ticket in front of the right people. As I receive more information from them on the possibility of making this change, I will keep the ticket up to date.

    Hello Jurre,

    Thanks for this submission - so sorry it took a few days to get you an answer. The change you're looking for would impact Engineering teams across UI/UX, Products and Sending, it took me a bit to get feedback from all the associated Product Managers.

    The good news is that this is an item we already have in our queue, and we're looking to implement exactly as you requested. We also have an open request to provide a search or menu selection when choosing your default product IDs - to avoid risk of typos, etc.

    I do not yet have an estimate on when these changes might be completed, but having them in the backlog queue already is a great step. I'll keep this ticket updated as the involved teams provide more information.

    Thanks so much for this suggestion! I've briefly discussed it with the Product Managers who handle our Contact and UX teams, and we agree that this is an item that we'd love to implement. I've created a ticket now and forwarded to the appropriate Engineering teams.     Hi Jessica,

    Thanks so much for the submission and my apologies on the delay in responding.

    Before I move this request in to our Engineering queue, I was hoping you could give me a bit more information. Our Comparison Reports do already include a date-based filter, as outlined by the below blog post. The date filtering should be available on every type of report in the platform - Message, Delivery, Delivery Group, Workflow, etc.

    If the issue is that the date filtering is not working for you, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Department. Or is it that you just need the ability for more than six columns of compared data? In that case, please let me know what you think would be a sufficient limit.

    Thanks so much for your suggestion. We actually have an similar submission which is currently in the backlog for our Reporting team:

    That request is focusing on improved reporting on how many addresses were excluded after a send. Would that be sufficient for your needs or are you looking for an estimated number *before* a delivery goes out?

    Right now the de-duplication process does not happen until immediately before sending. This is also when we populate any associated Dynamic Content, and calculate any limits with Frequency Caps and Onboarding max. Because there's so much going on in the "delivery prep" stage, it would be a very big change to display the final recipient numbers any earlier than we do. Not to say we wouldn't make that change, but I think the earlier suggestion of improved reporting would be something we could implement a bit easier - and faster.

    As an update to this ticket, I want to let everyone interested know that we have released functionality which allows you to set a background image on a full message. While we do plan to also add this option for individual containers, that is a much trickier process and I do not know when it will be complete. In the meantime, I hope that the option for message-level background images helps to some degree. If you experience any issues on the message-level options, please contact our Support Department.

    Hi Mollie,

    Thanks for your patience on this ticket. I was able to speak with the Director of our Commerce Apps team earlier today regarding your request. We do have a number of improvements and enhancements planned for Popup Manager, but those will likely not roll out until sometime in 2016. We have added this request to the list, though I cannot guarantee that it will be selected.

    However, in the meantime, our Professional Services team has created custom popups that behave exactly as you're looking for. I would recommend speaking with your Account Manager to find out what would be required to build a custom two-part signup popup form for you.

    Before I proceed with this ticket I just want to ensure we're talking about the same thing. Are you referring to the email address used for notification alerts when your contact import completes? The second-to-last page during the contact import process where it gives you the notification checkbox and email address field?

    Yay! Glad my little browser tricks work for you, Mike!

    I'm going to go ahead and create a ticket for Engineering to review adding a global search to the Multi-Brand level. For now we'll focus on search for contacts, but if you think of anything else that would be helpful just add a comment here. I agree though, contact search seems the most logical - nothing else would likely overlap between sites that often.

    I'm going to edit the title of your submission a bit so that in reflects the request we're actually escalating. This way if any other customers are interested in this, they can add their votes too!

    I don't have a timeframe on when a change like this may be implemented, but I'll keep this ticket updated as I receive any new information. In the meantime, enjoy using those incognito windows! :)

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks so much for the suggestion. As it stands now, and how it always has been, is that you can only be logged in to one Bronto account at a time. This includes subaccounts. If you have a window open for sub1 and try to open sub2 in another tab, the system will log you out of the platform. It's not ideal, but it happens to us too if I try to open two customer accounts at the same time!

    My general trick is to use an incognito (or private) window. Then you could log into your account in both, have one window open for sub1 and sub2 could be on the private window. Bronto will allow this as it doesn't see the private session as being from the same browser. For that matter you could also use different browser - one in Chrome, one in Firefox, etc.

    I'll ask if there are any plans to change the 'one site per browser' rule, but as its there for security reasons I'll be honest that I don't think its something we're looking to modify.

    INSTEAD - what would you think about adding a global contact search at the Multi-Brand level? This would actually simplify your process as you would only need to search once, rather than in each subaccount separately. Is there anything else you would need to search for at this level, or just contact data? Overall do you think this would work for you?

Our Automation team does plan to offer more customized Workflow nodes (particularly as we add more integration with Apps) and additional options for API actions are on the roadmap.     Thanks so much for the suggestion! Before I create a ticket for our Automation team, can you give me a bit more detail on exactly what you're envisioning? Are you looking to test the Cart Recovery App, or other Workflow functions as well? If you could design it yourself, what would you see as the ideal process flow?

    The reason I ask is that we've heard similar requests in the past, but they're often a bit vague and we'd want to make sure that whatever we release solves as many use-cases as possible.

    Thanks so much for this suggestion! We are investigating to see if we can add an option that allows for any List or Segment to be automatically excluded from bulk deliveries, using the "Ineligible Contacts" at the bottom of the scheduling page. It would auto-check the exclude option, but still allow you to uncheck as needed. This way you don't need to remember it every time, but not a *permanent* change. It would also still show on the report pages that the List/Segment was excluded, to assist with inquiries to Support.

    I do not have an estimate on when this feature change may be implemented, but will keep this ticket up to date as I receive more information.

    Hi Jason,

    We are aware that the Support Cases page is occasionally taking a longer time to load. This is due to our recent acquisition by NetSuite. We've had to move our case ticketing system from our old provider into the NetSuite system. While it doesn't change the look and feel on your side, the data is now pulling from a completely different location. Our Engineering team and NetSuite's are working to improve this integration in several areas. Unfortunately this doesn't really fall into a "platform improvement" as it really is more of a bug. I would follow up with your Account Manager as they can better keep you in the loop as the timing improves.

    For your second and third items I have better news. The limitation with email attachments and characters was a limit imposed by our old ticketing system. With the switch over to NetSuite we should be able to offer both attached files and an increased character limit. I can go ahead and submit tickets for both of these items, though I do not have an estimate on when it might be implemented.
