    Hi Nick,

    Thanks so much for taking the time to submit this idea. The screenshot especially will be very helpful for our front-end team to identify the root cause. I'm creating an Engineering ticket now for them to take a look.

    In the end though, if your session has expired, hitting save will and should result in an error. Maybe a more graceful error, but still an error! To avoid this, I suggest extending the time limit on your session timeout. This is editable within each of your three subaccounts at Home > Settings > Security > Session Security. The default is 2 hours but can be extended to 8 hours.

    Hi Matthew,

    I'm discussing this internally to determine if this is by design or a bug. There is some debate on whether special characters are supported in email address, and it seems that different email services may handle them differently.

    I can recommend, however, that you use the contact's API ID if you are looking for a truly unique ID. We do not have plans at this time to allow a custom unique identifier beyond email address, but the request has come up before. If that changes, I will certainly update here. But for now, my recommendation would be to use the API ID.

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thanks so much for taking the time to submit this idea. Before I discuss with our Engineering Department, could you give me a few examples of the searches that are returning broken or invalid results? We do have search modifiers for "contains" and "starts with", in addition to "is exactly". To request an alternative, I need to be able to provide examples of search types that are not possible with the current options. Feel free to reply to the ticket with any additional information available. I definitely want to find a solution that works for you, and the more details I have, the better the chance that the ticket will be accepted.

    Thanks for taking the time to submit this idea! I spoke with the Product Manager who handles our Commerce features, and he agreed that this was something we could and should explore. Your use case makes perfect sense, and I appreciate your going into so much detail!

    I do not yet have a specific timeframe on when this may be available, but will keep this ticket updated with any new information received. Right now most of our Engineering teams are focused on (surviving!) Black Friday and Cyber Monday, so it may be a bit before they're able to prioritize and estimate the work for this submission.

    Hi Richard (and others!),

    I wanted to provide an update to this ticket, as well as advise of a new feature that may help. As of now, we do not yet have an estimated release date for this multiple-label search. Beyond the UI change, it was a bit more complicated behind the scenes, which resulted in a much larger project. The ticket is still in the Engineering backlog, and as soon as there is any new information, I will update here.

    HOWEVER. In the meantime, we completed a separate request that may help achieve similar results. Please see the below ticket and associated comments:

    This change just went live today, but I think the color contrast is a really clean way to bring attention to certain labels. Not exactly the solution you requested, but hopefully something that will still be useful!

    I spoke with the Product Manager for all of our Apps, and he advised that this is an existing suggestion. It looks like it may have originated from a similar request made to our Support Department? I do not yet have an estimated time frame for this request, but will keep this ticket updated as more information is available. It has been accepted by the Apps team, which is a great first step!

    Hi all!

    It's not a complete resolution of this ticket, but I wanted to make sure everyone was aware of our new date formatting options. The blog post below shows how to use different formats to display month, day, year, day of week, etc.

    Still doesn't eliminate the need to provide a year within the Webform field, but it makes the year much less important. It won't show up anywhere in a message, and it allows for much "friendly" conversation.

    Of course the original ticket is still in the backlog, and I will update here as I receive any updates. But hopefully this gives you some options in the meantime!

    Thanks for taking the time to submit this suggestion. It's actually a perspective I hadn't considered before. I could see pros and cons on both sides. Let me discuss this with our Strategy and Deliverability teams to see what the industry standards are. I know our Reporting team is working on a big overhaul of the entire reporting structure, so there may even be a way we could highlight both numbers.

    Great suggestion! I know its not difficult to deactivate and reactivate a popup, but when something has a very specific timeframe it would be great to schedule those in advance. Especially if they fall over weekends or holidays!

    Interesting idea, Dan!

    I know that the Data Loader has options to email when an import is completed, but I can't think of any way to email when an import has NOT happened. We may be able to build something within Data Loader, but its hard to cover all other methods of order import. Would you find it helpful if we had a dashboard widget that showed the date of the last order imported or modified? You'd have to login to your account, but it could easily tell you if we're not actively receiving data.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to send in this suggestion! Before I proceed I just wanted to check - are you looking to have the bounce information shown on the All Messages page or the All Deliveries page? Or both?

    Also, are you looking for the raw number, or percentage of total sent? Do you think it would be sufficient to combine all bounces or separate out hard vs soft?

    Sorry for all the questions, but the more detail I have the better I can understand your use case and get the ticket prioritized for you.

    Good morning,

    I'm sorry to hear that our Support notification emails are getting caught in your spam filter. All of those messages are sent from support@bronto.com; maybe it would help to whitelist that address?

    Either way, I really like the idea of using the in-app notification system when a Support case has been updated. I'm going to go ahead and create an Engineering ticket for that request, and will let you know as I receive any updates.

    For your second item, this should already be possible. If you click on Support in the upper right-hand corner of your account, you'll want to select "All Support Cases" at the bottom. From here it should list all of your cases, even those that have been closed, and you can add a comment or update simply by clicking on the case.

    Admin users are able to see ALL Support cases, regardless of the original submitter, but will only be able to comment on those that were opened under their username. Non-Admin users are only able to view their own Support cases.

    I hope that this helps, but do not hesitate to reach out if there was anything else I could assist with. I'm going to slightly modify the name of this ticket to align better with your first request, to allow other customers to vote on this matter. Again, I will let you know as I receive any new information from our Engineering teams.

    As an aside, preheader text is supported in Bronto we just do not have a specific placeholder for one. Preheader text is simply the very very first line of text in your message. Take a look at the message and template examples at creative.bronto.com. You'll see that they all make use of a preheader, but in the template it's just the very first editable block. Per the conversation on the above ticket, we would like to find a way to make it easier to update this on a delivery-basis without having to edit the message itself, as that is an easy step to forget. As I receive more information from our Engineering teams I will keep that ticket updated, and you will automatically receive updates as it changes status.

    Thanks so much for this suggestion! Updating a message's preheader text is certainly not a one-step task, and its a concern I've heard before. Now that our new drag-and-drop Message Editor is fully released, there may be a way that preheaders can be more easily identifiable and editable using a custom content element. I've created a ticket for our Engineering team and will review with the appropriate Product Manager. We've got some UI changes planned for next year, so now is the perfect time to have them consider new features like this. I don't have a specific timeframe, nor can I guarantee that this could be added to the scheduling pages, but as I receive more information from Engineering I will keep this request up to date.

    Hi Matt,

    Are you looking for the ability to sort a message or delivery table by additional columns? I know right now that right now there are certain columns are static and cannot be used for sorting. Many of our customers work around this by exporting the table data (using the icon in the upper-right hand corner) and sorting via Excel. But its certainly not a perfect solution.

    I do have this ticket already in the queue, which may also give you the information you're looking for. As you might have seen from other tickets, we have a number of Reporting enhancements planned for this year, and I believe easier surfacing of the "best" messages, etc, is already on the roadmap.

    Thanks so much for submitting this suggestion! I really love this suggestion, but wonder if there are other places it could be implemented beyond Segments. Do you think a Save-As option would also be useful for Messages, Workflows or any other features? Or do you find that its mostly Segments where you find yourself needing to "retroactively" create a new Segment?

    Thanks so much for submitting this suggestion! I actually really love this idea and have been caught in the same back-and-forth when finalizing an email. Especially now that we have Default Sender Options, it could be a very simple matter to send a test delivery with just one-click.
