    Hi Jeff,

    How frequently would you want someone to trigger the workflow? If I click on the specific link every day for 10 days, should I trigger the workflow each time? Or would you prefer a delay between triggers?

    I'm trying to brainstorm a few ideas for you, and knowing frequency would be a big help.

    Hi Karl,

    Could you please clarify which type of template you are using? The legacy system located at Content > Email Templates? Or the new drag-and-drop Message Editor's Content Tags?

We have a number of changes we're hoping to make relating to username Permissions, and I could see this fitting well when we make those changes.     Hi Heidi,

    This is definitely something we have on our roadmap as we continue to develop our New Reports features. If you want to view what we've already released, you can activate the beta features at Home > Settings > Bronto Labs. There is also an email address listed to provide direct feedback to that engineering team.

    I will update here as more information, but once you activate the Labs features you will see any new/changed features before anyone else.

    Hi Rebecca,

    This is a very interesting idea, but I need a little bit more information to proceed. When you say you want to export to PDF, do you mean something like a printout of the layout of the Workflow itself? A screenshot of sorts? I can see that making sense for a PDF format, but you also mentioned CSV. Due to the graphic nature of Workflows, I don't think an Excel spreadsheet could do it justice!

    Any additional information you can provide would be very helpful, in determining how to proceed. Thanks so much!

    I just want to confirm - are you referring to refreshing the message renderings within Previewer? As of now, you're able to rerun a rendering request as many times as necessary for a message If you can clarify what you'd like to see changed, I'd be happy to escalate this to our Apps team for review.

    Hi everyone,

    Hoping to get a bit more insight into this request. With the drag-and-drop Message Editor, you are able to save individual containers or the entire message as a Content Tag. These can then be used to create new messages as needed. Even our Professional Services team is using this method to create new custom templates.

    These two Help articles go into more detail on how to save/reuse Content Tags, and your options for inserting into messages.

    I've forwarded this request to the Message Editor team and will update here as I receive any updates. In the meantime, though I know it's not as simple, you can Undo certain actions using CTRL-Z (or ⌘-Z on a Mac). This has helped me several times while in the Text areas.

    Again, the request has been escalated to Engineering and I will let you know their response.

In the meantime, I would recommend reviewing the Dynamic Ribbon option, a new feature added to Popup Manager last month. It does offer a ribbon that will open the Popup upon click.

    The data you are requesting is available in export format, just not from the Segment or List export options. Currently, "On Lists" is an auto-included column if you export from Tables > Manage > Export or Special Reports. This is good news because it means the data has already been stored in an exportable format. I've forwarded the request to our Contacts team to ensure this request would not conflict with any in progress work. As soon as I hear back, I will update this ticket with more information.

    Very interesting suggestion! We already track "Last Unsubscribe Date" and "Last Bounced Date", so I see no reason why we couldn't create "Onboarding Complete Date" (or similar). Tracking marketing email signup for a previously-transaction contact has always been difficult. There are existing suggestions around tracking list assignment or form submission date, but I think your idea is a much more elegant solution. Let me pass this on to our Contacts team and get their feedback. As soon as I receive any new information I will update your ticket!

    Great suggestion! We offer this type of "tiered" alert in other places in the BMP - notable for email allocation - and don't see any reason why we could offer the same for Coupon Manager.     Thanks so much for submitting this suggestion. It is one we've heard before, but was declined as we had a policy of not modifying your field data. Earlier this year though, we released a new "Format Date" tag to allow you to control how a date displays in a message - MM/DD/YY, YYYY-MM-DD, etc (see below for blog article). I could see us using this same logic to create a "capitalization" tag that could be used on text-based fields. Let me send this ticket over to our Content team and get their thoughts.

    In the meantime, rather than importing, exporting and re-importing, there is an Excel function that make the process simpler. This help article from Microsoft will help walk you through how it works. I've actually used the PROPER() function myself to fix the same type of data you mention!

    Hi Brannon,

    Right now our Workflow system is set to work when "an action" occurs. It could be the action of making a purchase, opening a Webform, changing field data, etc, but the change needs to occur first. Because your customers are already a member of the segment, there is no action that the Workflows will see -- unless, as you said, you move them to a list or change their data in some way.

    That said, there are a number of Automation tickets open that request more manual control over Workflow triggering. This includes blocking a contact from triggering a Workflow, scheduling for a specific date or time, Automation-only frequency caps - and others.

    Your scenario of knowing the group of contacts you want, but having to take "unnecessary" action for the Workflow to trigger, is not uncommon and is one we've discussed before. I'm going to escalate your ticket to our Automation team and get their feedback or suggestions. It's possible that they already have something planned to help with this, and as I get any updates from them I will report back on this ticket.

    In the meantime, do not hesitate to reach out if there was anything else you needed.

    Thanks so much for taking the time to submit this suggestion. I agree that there is no perfect way to segment on this right now. You can use "Last Delivery Date", but that doesn't identify which message was sent on that day. I'd like to forward this along to our Contacts team, but first, are you able to provide your use case? It would help the Engineering group to know exactly what you're attempting to do, as they may know of an alternative solution.
