I agree that attachments would be helpful. I have to wait for an email reply before I can attach screenshots. That just adds a step when the support people should see the screenshots right away.

I've done this with the random filter and nodes that apply different values to a private field. I have segments showing me contacts with those different values.
We do plan to create a field type that allows for multiple answers, but do not have an estimated release date right now. This change is a major departure from our current functionality and would impact how fields interact throughout the platform – segments, automation, reporting profiles, etc. It will not be a small project, and will take time to fully complete, but I will keep this ticket updated as more information is available from Engineering.
