    Using a browser extension to apply Javascript based on the domain name, I color-coded the top bar:

    $( "div#adminbar:contains('agencyName (brandName)')" ).css( "background-color", "#582232" );

    Jeff commented  ·

    Color-coding would be good. A while ago I suggested icons in various colors/shapes:

    This is the master ticket for several merged ideas relating to cloning data from one Bronto account to another. Please review the updated summary and advise if you have any questions or concerns. At this time the ticket has been submitted and escalated within Engineering, and I will keep this master record updated as new information is available.

    Since any possible value would not match the condition, only null values would.

    >>For me it is an issue of isolating the null opened values.

    What about "The Contact's Last Opened Date Is Not Within The Last 999 Years"?

    Any news on this?

    About how frequently it should trigger--I suppose the regular workflow throttling would be useful here, and anything the workflow does could be measured for the workflow too. (E.g., if the workflow sends an email at the end, a filter could skip anyone who's received that email recently.)

    My first idea of how to use this is to allow people to add or remove themselves from a list with a link click. They could do it back and forth all day and the workflow would keep removing them and adding them, and that'd be ok.

    I have a method of generating a segment that is a random (refreshed daily) 80% of another segment. I use this to exclude 80% of our poor openers (i.e., people who have not opened an email in three months but have a contact-created date of at least three months ago).

    The method involves a few different parts of the app. Contacts have a date field called something like "IsThisTodaysDate." They also have a text field called something like "InThe80OrInThe20" (i.e, 80% group or 20% group).

    A segment called something like "NotTodaysDate" matches contacts whose IsThisTodaysDate field is not today's date.

    A workflow, activated when a contact enters the NotTodaysDate segment, randomly puts "80" in 80% of contacts' InThe80OrInThe20 field and "20" in 20% of contacts' InThe80OrInThe20 field. It also updates the contact's IsThisTodaysDate field to today's date. The date-field update removes the contact from the NotTodaysDate segment so it's ready to enter again.

    So, every morning at midnight, every contact enters the NotTodaysDate segment, enters the workflow, and is randomly assigned a new number (either 80 or 20).

    I use that 80 or 20 to make a segment that is identical to another poor-openers segment but also requires that the InThe80OrInThe20 value is 80. This lets me exclude 80% of our poor openers, allowing poor openers to get, on average, one of five emails.

    Would content tags do what you want?

    https://helpdocs.bronto.com/bmp/concept/c_bmp_content_tags_about.html

    I like the legacy tags, which are just blocks of free text/HTML.
