  1. Bug with embedding a webform

    Once a customer fails to enter a required field on an embedded webform, it will automatically redirect to the original webform (bronto pop up) instead of staying on the webpage that it is embedded on. This is an awful/confusing user experience and should be fixed.

  2. Separate "Design" options for Mobile vs. Desktop

    Specifically in my case it'd be great to be able to set a separate width so, say a product or button that's the perfect size on desktop browsers doesn't appear too small on mobile. Also acceptable would be an option similar to the column view to hide individual elements from either desktop or mobile.

  3. Add/Collapse Content or Image Blocks

    We built out a long email template with varying layouts per block with the idea that we could add or collapse sections as needed, but this is apparently not an option in Bronto. Is there any workaround or plan to add this feature soon? It's a very common functionality in most ESPs I've worked in so I am surprised to see it is not an option. Please help!

  4. Expand Segmentation Facets by Order

    We're currently not able to segment on more than one facet of an order. For example, we cannot create a segment to pull in anyone who placed 2 or more orders within 45 days. Our only current option is pull in customer who placed 2 or more orders and have placed an order within 45 days (independent of one another).

  5. allow unsubscribe form to have a public link

    Please allow unsubscribe form and manage preferences forms to have a public link where the person who wants to unsubscribe or update their preferences just types in their email

  7. GeoIP using most used location regardless of the device

    Add mobile data to feed into GeoIP rather than using just non-mobile location. We know that 80% of the people open our emails on mobile, so we could get a better idea of their location using mobile data. Thanks

  8. Transactional Emails - Connector - Email Forwarding

    The ability to be able to forward a copy of transactional messages to a specified email. Our order confirmation and fulfillment messages are enabled through Bronto through the connector and it would be very helpful if there was a feature where we can send a copy of every customer transactional email to our Customer Care team for reference.

  9. More complex container layouts

    Would love to see the ability to create more complex views. We're seeing competitors sending emails with grids of images with differing sizes in both horizontal and vertical alignment (e.g. a tall image which is along side two smaller which equal its height).

    Currently Bronto only allows for horizontal containers with no option to bridge an image or text across both.

  10. Tracking where a specific segment stands regarding Frequency Caps prior the send

    There is, currently, no easy way to track where a specific segment stands regarding the frequency caps prior sending the email. A dashboard to track where you stand by segments, or an indication of how many of your contacts will actually receive the email you are about to send would be very handy.

    We can see the total email sent to customers, but without being able to set up a time frame, it does not help to see where you stand on frequency cap, at a specific date.

    Currently to try to bypass this issue some users have to manually…

  11. Lower minimum delay options within workflows

    The lowest option is currently 15 minutes... It would be ideal to have a delay option as low as 5 minutes.

  12. Compare two contact fields against each other in segments

    I would like to build a segment based off of a comparison of two fields in the contact's profile. For example, if the date in Contact Field A is the same date or later than the date in Contact Field B, then add this user to the segment. Currently, I can only compare date fields to a calendar, rather than against other date fields.

  13. Coupon Codes sent through the API sent as plain text, not Image

    Currently, it seems that when you send a coupon code back to the website through the API, they appear as an image, not a plain text code that can be copied and entered into the checkout. We would like to recommend that we change this functionality in the API.

  14. Workflow Logical Conjunctions on Cart/Order Lines

    Using a Workflow to automate messaging around Cart items is missing logical conjunctions on cart lines. The gap prevents us from passing a test where a product code starts with a particular sequence AND there are at least 4 quantity for that product code on the same line item.

    We also face an issue where we are looking for a cart or order where a code starts with a particular sequence OR another sequence on the same line item.

    This functionality exists in the Message Dynamic Code but is missing from Automation (workflow).

  15. Data Loader Date Format Builder Fix

    The Data Loader allows for the building of custom date masks for the import of data. We have done this but the mask does not work for the time portion of the date. The Date Format Builder function does not allow us to properly test and build the correct date format for our data. It only provides one example and does not allow the building of a date format (contrary to its title). Also, the done button does nothing. It would be nice if this window worked as its title implies.

  16. Remove the requirement that you specify a campaign when sending a test

    Right now you have to specify a campaign when sending a test, which seems like an extra step. It would be more efficient if you didn't have to select a campaign until you actually scheduled a real send.

  17. The ability to edit a message schedule for delivery without having to cancel the entire send and redo it

    I've run into this a lot: you create a message and schedule it. Then you need to change a segment, or you make a tweak to the creative, or anything other than change the time/day. You have to cancel the message and create the send all over again.

    It would be GREAT if you could just edit the message/send and save it back into the que. Our previous ESP allowed that.. major time saver, especially when time is tight (which is just about always).

  18. Fix the thumbnail on the email editor page

    The thumbnail preview on the message editor page (/mail/message/view/messageNumber) seldom or never renders with images for me. This thumbnail is important when I'm working on multiple messages and want to avoid editing or scheduling the wrong one.

    Please fix it!

  19. Include seconds when sorting contact history by date/time

    Contact histories are sorted by date/time, but only down to the minute. This frequently causes multiple events within the same minute (usually from workflows) to appear out of order. See the screenshot for an example in which the contact seemed to be awaiting assessment before the email that caused that status.

  20. Ability to change/edit the campaign assigned to a completed delivery

    If you accidentally assign the wrong campaign to a delivery, or change your campaigns/strategies after a delivery is already sent, there is no way to retroactively update the campaign and reassign the data for that delivery to the correct/new campaign.
