  1. Allow Attachments on Support Cases

    Your support site is slow and very limited.

    It'd be great if when you tried to pull up your support page and see the list of cases, it didn't take a long time to load.

    It'd be great if you had the capability of uploading support files (XML request/response examples for API issues, screenshots for other UI issues).

  2. Ability to create segments based on data in the product table

    It would be great if we could build contact segments off of data in the product table for products purchased by our customers. We are currently only able to build contact segments off of product data that we included with orders, but this means that we are unable to build segments off of custom fields (except for the single "other" order product field).

    An example would be if we decided to include a boolean field with our product data upload called "Organic" and then be able to create a segment for all customers that bought an Organic product. We could…

  3. Schedule Activation/Deactivation of Workflows

    I think it would be great to be able to have a workflow turn on/off based on a date (similar to scheduling a tweet). Like if I have a perpetual workflow advertising an event on January 1st, I'd love for a workflow to automatically be able to turn off on January 2nd.

  4. Add a send-time range separate from the default time

    If I choose to optimize the send time for my contacts, Bronto does so over a 24-hour period. Why must that period begin at the default delivery time (i.e., when messages to contacts without enough data will go)?

    For example, if I want my contacts to receive a message on Friday, I want the default time to be 9am. But, I want the 24-hour period to be 3am Friday to 2:59am Saturday. I'd rather have early risers get the message Friday morning, not Saturday morning.

  5. Add additional quick remail options

    We'd like to see more "quick remail" options in your send area. Right now, we're limited to just remailing to non-openers, or opened but not clicked, or clicked but not converted. We'd like to be able to target MORE than just one of those options - for example, let us send a remail to all non-openers AND let us also remail (set up at the same time) to those that have not clicked and/or converted.... or one or the other. In other words, make the radio buttons and drop down options a bit more customizable for your client, rather than…

  6. Page/URL Abandonment Trigger

    Hi there! Sounds like we can only trigger based on a specific product being abandoned, but we need the ability to fire a trigger based on a page/URL abandoned. This is available through other tools, but I would prefer all our triggers lived in Bronto for a seamless experience. Thanks!

  7. See the user's Cart contents

    I think it would be useful to see a list of emails that are active within the abandon cart workflow, and see each user's cart contents. This would be helpful with customer support cases (when someone asks about a product, but might not refer to it in their email).

  9. Relational Tables

    Hi !
    It would be very useful to add some custom tables and be able to attach them to a contact.

    For example, a contact can have 0 to N subscription, so a custom table will be a "subscription" and each subscription can have custom fields like status, ...

  10. Add ability to upload custom templates by uploading a zipped folder of HTML and images

    Our emails are very customized, so each time we are sending an email, I have to upload the HTML file and each individual image one at a time. These emails usually have 35-45 separate images. Then, once I upload the file, I have to go through and manually delete the file-path from the image source in the HTML so the images will show up correctly. 1) It would be a huge time saver if you could upload the zipped folder and Bronto could unzip it and put the images in the right places within the HTML file (Campaign Monitor lets…

  12. Expand Find/Replace in New Message Editor to Include URLs

    I wish there was the capability to edit the entire HTML once you have dragged and dropped your boxes and have the email looking like you want it. Our team uses tracking codes that have to be switched out between each message and its so much easier when we can edit the HTML directly with a quick CTRL+H to update the new link codes instead of having to go box by box.

  13. Allow Dynamic Subject Lines on an A/B Split Test

    You have a dynamic field button next to the regular subject line field, but when you do A/B split testing of subject lines it is not there. It would be nice not to have to remember the field codes.

  14. More granularity on user permissions.

    Similar to user permissions under who can edit specific messages, I would like to see a similar method for who can edit specific templates. Especially around transactional message templates.

  15. Please add sort-ability to columns in Delivery Report and Message Report click pages

    Please make more of the columns on the "click" pages of the Delivery Report and Message Report sort-able. In particular, the tables should be sort-able by Total Clicks, Unique Clicks, % of Total Clicks, and Conversions. I would also recommend making the tables sorted by Total Clicks by default.

  16. Ability to edit the Campaign type

    After you create a new campaign, there is no way to edit the campaign type. If you accidentally select the wrong type or forget to change it from the default entry, you are stuck with the type since you cannot edit that feild, or fully delete the campaign.

  17. Need a way to Test Cart Loops

    I'm creating a workflow for Review Solicitation that will be triggered 3 weeks after purchase. There is no easy way to test that it works properly and brings the cart information in correctly.

    Having a way to select an order to test on would be great. For example, send a test message with order content from Order# 12345678 to a specific email address.

  18. download full contact history

    I would like the ability to do a full contact data download to a csv or excel file. Specifically I am looking for all of the emails a contact was sent and opened within the data retention period. Right now all I can do is view the email send/open history by month, but I can't download anything.

  19. Add Google Web Fonts in the standard font offerings

    I think Bronto should really consider adding a selection of the popular Google web fonts (f.e. Arvo, Lato, Lora, Open Sans) in the standard font offerings to choose from in the message editor and match each web font with safe fallbacks for rendering in certain clients. Even a system as MailChimp offers this in a very easy to use way for their users. The solution to use Custom CSS is way to laborious to adapt all messages in our case. We need a web font to be compliant with our website and brand style.
