  1. Default Dynamic Preview Testing List

    I offer a (3) suggestions for making dynamic preview testing easier:

    Suggestion 1:
    It would be extremely efficient to just have the Bronto system automatically look for a default Dynamic Preview Testing list called, "Dynamic Preview Testing." Way more convenient than enabling contacts one at a time.

    Suggestion 2:
    Just add a single checkbox option to toggle all users on any given list (when creating/editing a list) so that they are selected for Dynamic Preview Testing. Example: [] Enable these contacts for use in dynamic preview testing.

  2. pop up manager ip tracking

    It would be great to restrict pop up manager to an IP address so that it does not keep appearing to users. Cookies are often deleted by users.

  3. Bulk Exporting

    I would like to have an exporting system to provide stats for each message sent over a period of time, rather than stats on the entire month without specific data recorded for each message. The current workflow to do this is to navigate to the comparison reports tab and select each individual message to pull metrics on that message over a period of time. To find which messages have been sent and opened during a specific timeframe, we pull from google analytics.   4. Segment based on contact opened the last "number" of messages delivered

    There is an option to segment on contacts who have not opened the last "x" number of emails to target non engaged contacts. There is no option for the reverse to target engaged contacts. Allow us to segment on contacts that have opened the last "x" number of messages or deliveries.

  5. Notification when contact performs an action

    It would be great if we had the option in a workflow to notify us about a contact performing an action. For example, if a contact is getting added to a list by the workflow, someone from the company would get a notification that the contact has been added.

    It would allow us to follow up instantly on the leads with a phone call etc

  6. Make Example files Easier to find

    The onboarding process would be a lot easier if you put on the Data Loader page a simple list with hyperlinks to all the sample files. Currently you have to go through the navigaiton and setup the loads, which as a new client you would not normally do.

  7. Merge Contacts

    Merge Contacts.

    This is a standard feature of CRM platforms and is a gap of teh system.
    Oracle+Relate's system does have this feature but because it can not be translated to Oracle+Bronto the contacts will desync.

  8. Pop-up version for mobile that is bottom aligned to screen

    Due to the restrictions Google places on pop-ups without being penalized in SEO, it's hard to leverage the pop-up functionality for mobile traffic. Plus, mobile is a growing segment that for many sites is surpassing desktop traffic. There is a huge missed opportunity for sites to capture email addresses from their mobile traffic. Being able to bottom align the pop-up on the screen for mobile (and desktop even) so that it takes up only 25-30% of the screen would be helpful. A lot of sites are taking this approach.   9. Allow a message's campaign to be carried over when a message is copied.

    If a message is being copied, it would be helpful for that message's respective campaign to also be copied over to the new message.

  10. Segment Specific Link clicked for messages that have not been delivered

    We usually build our segments in advanced (before the message is sent/ delivered) and these segments are sometimes used as triggers for another action with the workflow. It would be desirable to be able to set-up a segment, based on a ‘specific link clicked’ before the message is sent. At the moment, if the message has not been delivered the result in the segment is ‘0 links found’ (see screenshot attached) and therefore we cannot set-up the segment until the message has been delivered.

  11. Make preferred send time a field

    I have seen this be suggested for 'contact exports' but this would be useful to create segments for contacts who preferred to be emailed in periods of the day. IE morning afternoon evening

    We cannot always use send time optimization, due to it running over 24 hours. In a sale period, this could mean customers could receive the email after an offer has closed.

  12. Inbox management system

    Add an inbox management system where, upon setup, you tag your email with a specific characteristic -I.e. Promotional, editorial. Then if a contact is eligible to recieve two emails in one day, the inbox management system looks at historical metrics of the email (can set it up to look at click or revenue) and sends out the delivery that, based on historical info of other emails in that category, will produce the best results.   13. Single report with metrics from all sub groups

    Hi Guys,

    I would like to know if there is a feature in Bronto by which I can export the performance metrics of all campaigns sent across all subgroups registered under a single user. Currently I'm able to view and export the metrics of a single campaign in a subgroup but it would be easier if there was a way to export the metrics of all campaigns sent across all accounts belonging to a user and within a particular date range.

    Please let me know if this is possible.

  14. Add a "has never been set" option for checkbox fields in Segment settings

    Current options for checkbox fields in segment settings:

    field "Is Checked"
    field "Is Unchecked"

    Requesting that the options become:

    field "Is Checked"
    field "Is Unchecked"
    field "Has Never Been Set" (or similar wording)

    Reason:

    Currently, if you create a segment based on a checkbox field and set it to find contacts where the checkbox "Is Unchecked", the segment will also pull in all contacts where the checkbox value is "n/a" (n/a is the value of the checkbox before it has been modified for the first time - it is an empty string and therefore qualifies as unchecked) which in many…

  15. Add Criteria For Engaged Contacts To Match the Non-Engaged Contact Rules

    There are a few segment criteria in the Contact area called Non-Engaged that allows you to query people who have not opened the last xx emails they were sent.

    However, there is no way to find the reverse of that segment criteria. I would be great to add a section called "Engaged" where you can run a segment for anyone who has opened one of the last xx messages they were sent.

  19. Allow more than one text-to-join keyword per account without using SMS workaround.

    We would like to be allowed to have more than one text-to-join keyword to opt in to our email program. This way, we could track which placement of our "Join our email club" message was getting the most traction. (Our current workaround is to have users join via an SMS keyword but we've had to set up a super complicated workflow to make it happen. We will never use SMS for anything other than having people join our email club which is why much of the headache could be avoided if we were allowed more than one word.) The text-to-join…
