  1. Message and Contact Search in Top Header of Admin

    It would be nice to have a Message Search and Contacts Search in the Header above the navigation in the white space between the Logo and the Help.

    Exactly like the Search Widget on the Dashboard (though formatted horizontally).

    These searches are used all the time and it is time-consuming to have to return to the dashboard or to the specific area to search for messages and contacts.

    Alternatively a universal search (http://ideas.bronto.com/forums/74207-ideas-bronto-com/suggestions/6807842-universal-search-in-bronto) in that space would also be useful.

  2. Read, Scan, Glance Rates

    It would be helpful to gain insight into how long an email was open regardless of a click. We have certain types of emails that we send that have high open rates, but very low click rates. Determining if a customer is reading through the email or just glancing and deleting would help us determine engagement beyond a click.

  3. Email Orders For a Time Period

    At the end of the month, I have to do manual reporting to determine how much revenue was attributed to each message for the specific month. Currently in the dashboard, there are email orders and other orders. If I want to report how many "email orders" I have gotten and which campaigns have gotten those orders, I have to physically go into every campaign and run the time frame of that specific time period. I have several 100 campaigns that are running and having revenue attributed to them. But I can't go through each campaign at the end of the…

  4. change name of navigation

    Change the name of drop down header from tables to contacts; create separate drop down for products, orders and data loader.

    I never remember where to find contacts and tables seems really counter intuitive

  6. Create Tags for Blog Feed Elements Similar to Product Feed Mapping

    There should be a way to map blog/RSS feeds so that the elements are available in a similar fashion to the product feeds.

    Currently, App > Toolbox > Feed Parser allows you to create an HTML template and save it as a content tag, which creates rendering issues when placing that content tag in the New Message Editor.

    Being able to build blog content using mapped tags in the new message editor would be a huge benefit. Being able to loop through in a similar fashion to Cart Recovery or Recommendations Loop Elements would be extra useful.

  7. Workflow - Dynamic Date

    I need the ability to compare a field or send to a dynamic date within workflows. For example, I have created lists to track different acquisition methods (Desktop Modal, Mobile Modal, Email Signup Page, Web Footer, etc). I would like to know how the contacts from each acquisition method performs over time, for example we give a discount for email signup in our Modals, but don't offer that on our email signup page. Over the long term, are we just collecting junk email addresses and duplicates so that our customers will get their discount?

  9. add old contact to list's in new Delivery Report layout.

    I have to go back to using the old layout as the add contacts to list's feature does not exist in the new layout.

  10. Detailed Contact Report Columns Match Across Multiple Sub-Accounts

    On the Detailed Contact Report on Delivery Reports, have Columns match across Multiple sub-accounts.

    We are trying to use this export to track conversion and each week I will be consolidating these to one excel doc for our data team.

    I went to go do this for the first time this week and right at the end figured out this bug. >.<

  11. Price Alerts

    Want to allow customers to set their own prices and when the products hit that price, want an email to be triggered saying "the product you were looking for is on sale/has reached your desired price".

    For example, shirt is currently listed for $100. On customer's profile, they like the shirt and say notify me when price is $50. Shirt goes on sale to $50 - want email going out notifying user that shirt has reached their desired price point.

  12. Data Validation on Webforms

    Allow for data validation on webforms. Right now there is no validation which would leave them vulnerable to a SQL injection style attack. Support said there are no plans to update this security vulnerability.

  13. Hosting File Overwrite Option

    Many times we fix, add-on-to, revised, etc... documents that are hosted on Bronto. Near every single system we use provides an option for overwriting the existing file with the newest version. Bronto however does not, which makes fixing documents a real pain. Have to delete and readd and hope that no links to the hosted materials break in existing email templates.

  14. Certification for clients to approve transactional messages themselves

    For clients that have proven to be legit and to not send SPAM, it would be nice to have the ability to approve messages as transactional ourselves. Some certification process would be fine.

    When I am setting up transactional messages in Demandware connector, I have to initially set them as "marketing" to test, and remember later to go back and set as "transactional". Just something that's easy to overlook later.

  15. Inlclude in delivery exports whether a send time was time-optimized

    The export of the All Deliveries table does not include in the send date/time field whether the delivery was time-optimized. I've learned from Support that, despite the icon in the web app, that information is not available in any report. Please include it.

  17. Workflow Evaluation Time Period

    Now that Oracle is involved with Bronto, another Oracle marketing automation product Eloqua, allowed you to set up "evaluation periods" on filters on the workflow canvas. These evaluation periods would allow you to continually evaluate whether you meet the criteria in the decision filter. For example, a contact is sent an email, then a filter comes up saying clicked any link - and I would set the evaluation period to 30 days. If the contact clicked any link within that 30 day timeframe, they would immediately go down the yes path. So if they click an email after 14 days,…

  18. Create Recurring Reports with Dynamic Time frames, Last week advances as time goes on

    Currently Recurring reports are the same timeframe that was saved when the recurrance was set up. Instead, if I set up a recurring report to deliver "last weeks" metrics, this report should advance the "last week" time period as time goes by, not send the same specific week of metrics of when the report was initially set up. Recurring reports should progress time periods with time.

  19. Rearrange Product Fields

    Looking to rearrange product fields. Right now, I have inventory at one end of the product table and product ID/description at the other end so it is very tedious to have to find a product, scroll all the way to the right and find my inventory and then redo.

    Would love to have the two fields next to each other so I can search multiple products and inventory levels very quickly.

  20. Add alt atribute to tracking pixel

    When sending emails, bronto add a tracking pixel at the end of mail.
