  1. Bronto to NetSuite Integration for Message History

    I would like Bronto to talk back to NetSuite and update customer records with email history. This will allow my sales team to know that my email marketing campaigns are touching their customers. Right now they are in the dark.

  2. Transactional Emails - Connector - Email Forwarding

    The ability to be able to forward a copy of transactional messages to a specified email. Our order confirmation and fulfillment messages are enabled through Bronto through the connector and it would be very helpful if there was a feature where we can send a copy of every customer transactional email to our Customer Care team for reference.

  3. Google [data studio]

    Integration with Google Data Studio (http://datastudio.google.com/).

    Data Studio is a powerful free Dashboard tool. It would be great to have an integration with it.

  4. Provide Data Source to connect to Power BI.

    Good to have Power BI connector to connect to Bronto Db through Power BI for additional analytics. It can e through connect or ODBC Connection/feed

  5. BCC: Option for NetSuite Connector

    In the NetSuite connector, provide a BCC: field so that we can receive a copy of the customer's order confirmation (Order Received). This is a native feature of the Order Confirmation email send capability in NetSuite.

    Our Inside Sales staff immediately requested this feature immediately after we started to use the NetSuite Connector App.

  6. + Symbol in Custom Analytics

    Google Analytics receives the "+" symbol in UTM Parameters as a space. This makes the reporting clean and easy to read.

    When you pass a "+" as a value for a parameter in Bronto, it encodes this as special HTML to preserve the symbol, so what gets passed through to GA is the actual "+" symbol and not the space.

    There should be a way to pass this through untouched.

  7. Allow synchronisation of Bronto performance fields (e.g. last delivery date, last open date) into NetSuite via the NetSuite Connector

    We would like to import the Bronto performance fields, such as 'last delivery date' and 'last open date' into custom fields on our NetSuite customer and lead records using the NetSuite connector.

    These performance data fields do not currently appear as valid fields to synchronise in the connector configuration.

    Would love a intergration with Intercom Chat. They currently have one for MailChimp to sync leads

  9. NetSuite Saved Search Direct Integration

    I would like to see NetSuite saved searches feed directly into Bronto so I have complete control over the lists. NetSuite has the concept of Customers vs Contacts and they are handled appropriately in NetSuite. Bronto is too flat in regards to this type of architecture. If saved searches could be fed directly I could get the lists exactly the way I want them in an automated fashion.

  10. Integrate with Oracle Service Cloud

    Now that Bronto is an Oracle Service Cloud, it would be nice to have integration between them.
    With that integration we would be able to see what email campaigns have been sent and when so our front-line staff could assist the customer better.
