  1. Back-Populate a Workflow

    A back-populate feature that allows you to queue contacts into the workflow retroactively. This would be useful after you create a flow with emails scheduled in the future that would've been queued had the flow existed earlier.

    For example, when you create customer a re-engagement workflow, you probably don't want to wait 60 or 120 days for customers start receiving emails. Back-populating a flow will find customers who placed an order months ago and queue them for emails as soon as the next day.

  2. Allow the use of more than one trigger node

    Allow us to use more than one trigger node in a single workflow. I am currently trying to set up a workflow where half way through, an email is triggered based on a contact updating a field. Unfortunately I have to create a separate workflow for this which is not ideal, so allowing the use of more than one trigger can keep things together and saves having too many workflows.

  3. Text-based logical statements in workflow nodes

    The workflow nodes are great most of the time, but having the option to write more complex/nested conditional statements would be useful. For example, many times I have to run through multiple similar nodes to check for multiple similar conditions.

  4. Different subject lines for the same template (Without duplicating templates)

    In the automation part it will be very useful to include the option to resend a message with a different subject line. Or the possibility to define different subject lines for the same template.

    If you are working with massive workflows, it's almost imposible to manage. At the end you end up with 10 versions of the same template.

    For all of those who work in email marketing, a subject line should never be linked to specific template.

    Could you take into consideration my request?

  5. Trigger workflow based on product feed changes

    This would enable emails to be sent at the exact moment when new products has arrived in the e-com.

    "Trigger workflow when X new products from BRAND is imported from feed".

    Example, if a customer have signed up specifically for news from a certain brand, we could than leverage this to send an email when new products actually have arrived. Instead of keeping an eye manually when new products are added from specific brands. Talk about pro-active commerce!

  6. Looping in workflows

    It would be really good if we could loop in workflows, we have come across multiple instances where we want a customer to repeat a section of a workflow multiple times if they hit a certain criteria but can't because we are unable to loop.

    As an example, in one of our workflows, if a customer has received an email today we would want to delay that send until the next day, when the next day comes we would want to check if they have had an email today again and if not delay the send again. However, we can't…

  7. Lower minimum delay options within workflows

    The lowest option is currently 15 minutes... It would be ideal to have a delay option as low as 5 minutes.

  8. Workflow Logical Conjunctions on Cart/Order Lines

    Using a Workflow to automate messaging around Cart items is missing logical conjunctions on cart lines. The gap prevents us from passing a test where a product code starts with a particular sequence AND there are at least 4 quantity for that product code on the same line item.

    We also face an issue where we are looking for a cart or order where a code starts with a particular sequence OR another sequence on the same line item.

    This functionality exists in the Message Dynamic Code but is missing from Automation (workflow).

  9. In the workflow node "Contact is Added," add an option for re-subscribed contacts.

    The workflow trigger node "Contact is Added" currently reads:

    -----
    Begin workflow when a new contact is added to your account. Contacts who change from Transactional status to Onboarding or Active [will/will not] be included.
    -----

    Please add an option of "Contacts who re-subscribe [will/will not] be included." Depending on the workflow, we want re-subscribing contacts to receive the welcome email again.

  10. Specify a "business day(s)" option for delay notes

    Would like to be able to specify that an email be delayed in being sent for a certain number of business days vs. regular days of the week,

  11. throttling option to Start Over when retriggered

    if a contact meets the 'trigger' requirements and is already in the workflow it would be nice if the contact could restart the workflow. Any other instances of the contact in the workflow would be ended/removed. This would be espcially helpful in abandoned cart workflows but any workflow that involves a timed sequence of events might also benefit.

  13. In Workflow/Pick a Segment, show the full segment name upon hover

    See the screenshot: Longer segment names are indistinguishable in the Pick a Segment popup. Having the full name appear upon hover would be helpful.

  14. Workflow option: Empty field

    I'd love to have the ability to empty a contacts field information completely using workflows.

    Today I have a workflow set up that fills the field "Store_Name" if a contact subscribes from a physical store. All other contacts, with field "Store_Name" is "Empty", are what we call webshop-contacts. But, if a contact from our physical store goes into our webshop and wants to subscribe to the web-list in stead, they wont be included in the segment, as the segment is "Store_Name" is "Empty".

    I know I can change the segment settings to say "Store_Name" is "Empty" OR "Whatever", but as…

  15. Allow reply-to address management in workflows

    It would be nice to be able to change reply-to address when we want to send an email in workflow. This option is available in classic (regular) delivery option and is very helpful. It will allow to redirect user's reply to the right service and not a generic email.

  16. Be able to import/copy paste a lot of SKUs/Product ID/ page at once

    Be able to pull specific event/action and bring the product into an email. For example, we want to show a specific product from a certain category or with a specific brand name and only show that one or those product that meet that criteria and NOT show ALL the products that were viewed or carted.

  17. Cart/Order Field Comparison Filter

    I would like to see the cart/order field comparison able to use the cart update date and cart created dates. In fact I would like to be able to use all of the cart fields. without the need for an order.

  18. New Workflow Filter: Field Override

    A "Field Override" would be awesome in cases where you don't wan't to permanently change a contacts field, but temporarily override it for a specific email. For example, certain sales/events might necessitate that we link a customer to a different store over what store they have on record. We have over 100+ locations, and it just isn't efficient to create the multiple dynamic content blocks needed just to redirect from an Outlet location to the nearest full Showroom.

  19. Notification when contact performs an action

    It would be great if we had the option in a workflow to notify us about a contact performing an action. For example, if a contact is getting added to a list by the workflow, someone from the company would get a notification that the contact has been added.

    It would allow us to follow up instantly on the leads with a phone call etc

  20. Addition to Trigger "Contact Is Added" for Workflows

    It would be great if we could amend the trigger "Contact is Added" so that it includes a toggle for

    "Contacts who change from Unsubscribed status to Onboarding (will/will not) be included."
