  1. Please add sort-ability to columns in Delivery Report and Message Report click pages

    Please make more of the columns on the "click" pages of the Delivery Report and Message Report sort-able. In particular, the tables should be sort-able by Total Clicks, Unique Clicks, % of Total Clicks, and Conversions. I would also recommend making the tables sorted by Total Clicks by default.

  2. Heat Maps

    -Heat maps (ie. for clicks) should be available to view without scrolling.
    -Heat maps should be downloadable.

  3. New Reports - Ability to sort columns on link performance

    On the new Labs reports, in the clicks tab, allow user to sort the link table based on columns. Right now it is displayed in order that the links appear in the email. I want to sort on highest clicked link. Now I have to take the extra step of downloading the report and sorting in excel. With 4 - 6 segments per email it is an painful extra step.

  4. Report that shows what products are purchased

    To be able to filter out what URLs were included and the product that was purchased in a csv file that you can aggregate. So "in the last month here is all of the URLs that went out - and for each unique URL display the category or URL of product that contact ultimately purchased" instead of having to filter into each individual message.

  5. Download Links report

    It would be beneficial to download the links report, to capture where within an email a subscriber clicked. Screenshots do not clearly capture the photo.

  6. New Reports - overview tab

    In the new Labs reporting, on the summary page display unique opens/unique clicks and not total opens/total clicks since that is what is used to calculate Open and Click rates.

  7. Segment reporting

    The new Segment reporting (Labs) needs a little boost. Device views would be helped by having total sent somewhere on the report so we can see what the open and click rates are based on. Rates should have at least one decimal place, two would be better. Options for the Comparison circle charts would be nice. Unique click and opens instead of totals for instance. When exported to xlsx I really expected I would get everything, comparison chart, performance graph, etc. At least the information that id currently displayed. It would also be nice if better printing was supported. I…

  8. Condense Links in Click Reports

    Currently, reports show multiple instances of the same URL within the same message. On most of our promotional messages, I see each URL 6 times or more. The click report would be much easier to digest if I could see each URL one time with a total number of clicks, instead of 6 times with a handful of clicks on each link.

    As a secondary request related to this, it would be great if recommendation links were easier to digest within these reports.

  9. Show heat map on A/B testing results

    Currently, we can only view heat map data for emails where no testing was performed. It is a valuable insight that is lost - particularly when testing. When creative isn't impacted by Subject Line testing, the heat map should still apply; likewise, when testing layout or creative, we really need the insight instead of relying on total clicks and assuming.

  10. links report for mobile mail version

    The links report show a visual of the desktop mailing. It would be handy if there was a visual for the mobile mailing too

  11. Report timeframe from send date

    Current reporting allows for looking at specific date ranges going back or ad hock date ranges. I would like to see X days from when the message was sent. Could there be an option for first 7 days, 14 days, etc...So if a campaign were sent 11/27/17, I want to be able to compare the first 7 days to say a campaign sent on 11/24/17 and see an apples to apples comparison of the first 7 days of each campaign.

  12. message profiler metrics

    I would like to have a way to separate data concerning dynamic content in certain messages. I'd like to see click rates, open rates, etc. for all of my dynamic content in each message.
    Example: Subject line is "You'll enjoy our [insert major]" or if undecided "You'll enjoy our campus"... I want to see how many of the subject lines with a "major" were clicked, vs the ones that just said "you'll enjoy our campus."
