An easy, one-click CSS inliner tool within Bronto that would prevent email clients from stripping the <head> and <style> tags from emails3 votes
If we move an image from one folder to another, it breaks the link for any message or webform that it's included in (and we have no way of finding everything that may be affected). The image URL should be independent of its folder within Bronto, which would alleviate this problem.3 votes
We need a feature that retracts emails that have been sent. It is extremely frustrating to catch an error in an email that's being sent with NO way of correcting the error. Our emails are set up manually, and even with multiple people looking at the emails before they're sent, mistakes are inevitably missed.2 votes
Thanks so much for your suggestion. We’ve all been there with the feeling of having checked something over thoroughly and still missing a mistake after the email is sent. Unfortunately it simply isn’t possible (regardless of ESP, or even your personal email client) to redact a message.
To help customers avoid sending emails with technical mistakes (bad HTML, wrong tags), we have been rolling out a feature that validates your messages and warns you if we find something.
Let me know if you have any questions!

Would be great to have a stat listing each email's size - by what I'm reading email size is a good indicator of deliverability2 votes
At this time, we have elected not to proceed with this request. It’s not that we don’t think it’s a valuable metric. It’s simply extremely difficult to calculate in a reliable manner. Many aspects of the message size are not determined until the message is actually sent. Dynamic Content, personalization, Product details, Recommendations, and Mobile/Desktop versions, are only some of the factors at play.
If you have additional questions on this, I’m happy to provide additional guidance or suggestions. Just comment here or reach out to your Account Manager.
Thanks so much,

We have a lot of subscribers with these domains. It would be nice to have these included in the previewer.1 vote
When we generate a text email from HTML, all the links are stripped out. Why? Links should be included by default. Manually adding them back in is laborious and an unnecessary waste of time.1 vote
In Container Design Settings there is a checkbox for Device Rendering stating: "Do not stack on mobile".
By default this is off.
There needs to be a global setting allowing for this to be set on or off.
Or account usage requires this box is ticked for ALL communications. As such it requires a staff member to remember to tick this box for every container on every message we send.
There should be the ability to select at a global account level whether this should be on or off by default.1 vote
As we’ve received no further feedback on this ticket, I am going to close this for now. We’ve released a number of new mobile rendering options in the last few months, and I hope those have helped provide some of the flexibility you were looking for.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if necessary, and thanks for your understanding!
