When choosing the unsubscribe option from the import, we would love a giant notification box saying, are you sure you want to unsubscribe *** number of contacts? We have mistakenly unsubscribed a huge group of people by accidentally selecting the wrong choice upon import.3 votes
Currently when you receive a email notification when a export is completed there are no distinguishing data points to inform what the export is.
Please see attached email that is recieved.
Can the person exporting the data be able to add a name for the report or Bronto assigns a Unique ID so the report is distinguishable.
At every ESP i have used perviously, SalesForce, Responsys, Smart Focus, Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp and Cheetah Mail, extracting data would take anywhere from seconds to about 5min max, dependent on file size.
Extracting data from Bronto, takes hours even when the file size is in the thousands. This lag time doesn't facilitate for agile marketing process.
This is a real weak spot compared to competitors.2 votes
I need to export our contact database each day for upload via sftp. It takes hours for the export. If we could have the export start each day automatically this would be awesome! Then I just have to pop in when it's ready to grab the file.1 vote
Currently, you dont see the status of a report you are trying to export, you only see the report once its completed and ready for export. Adding an additional status as 'Processing' for all reports that are not ready for export. This would be great to keep a track on all the reports that have been initiated. completed or processing.1 vote
When Importing contacts, find a way to highlight this so it is much more obvious: "Keep transactional contacts transactional."
Make this question bright red and explain in more detail how important it is to see and think about whether to check or uncheck this box.
