  1. allow certain users to be restricted from using webforms and workflows, just like we can for lists, messaging, etc.

    We currently can restrict access to lists, segments, messages, etc., but there is no restriction level for webforms and workflows. We very much need this to restrict users from editing this important systems!!!

    • More granularity on user permissions.

      Similar to user permissions under who can edit specific messages, I would like to see a similar method for who can edit specific templates. Especially around transactional message templates.

      • Have user permissions to not delete lists nor have export list rights

        There should be additional rights - not being able to delete lists, and not having the ability to generate report and export list data out. This seems like a basic security right to me.

        • Add multi-factor authentication in light of Sendgrid hacks

          Sendgrid recently had some high-profile attacks on its customers:

          In one case, these were only thwarted by Multi-Factor Authentication, which is considered a fairly standard security best practice these days. The interesting thing about these attacks is they used the companies ESP to facilitate a spear-phishing attack on recipients.

          I'm concerned about the security of our email since all it takes is one targeted attack to do irreparable damage to our business.

          • Require Approval for a Scheduled Send

            Currently, a message requires approval before sending, but the the scheduling itself does not require approval.

            This means that once a message is approved, if a user then reschedules the email, and messes it up - like sending to the wrong list, or sending at the wrong time - then that goes through.

            So it would be great to have an approval process for the sends themselves in order to have someone double-check whether everything is correct with the list selection, time, and sender information before it goes out.

            • Allow a user to send to all lists, but not download them.

              It's simple, currently a user needs to "See a List" in order to send to it, except, I don't want users having the ability to download lists or contacts, merely send to them. We need this. It's a fundamental security breach.

              • report access permissions

                Access to contact upload reports requires that the user have view/edit/send permissions for All lists and segments... It would be great to have more granular permission feature that would allow a user to access the reports without being able to modify lists/segments in the system.

                • Allow send test messages to specific contacts without requiring approval

                  we wish in our teamwork to send test messages, to a limited list of contacts, the test mails without approval. we want our boss could review the message in his inbox and then give approval in Bronto for "regular send" and "A/B split" options. it will be fine we could send test messages without approval only to authorized contacts.

                    I have lost all my images twice. Support says that one of the users did it, but they don't have any log on that, and users say they didn't do anything. Great to have log too...

                    • enable access restrictions to limit which users can post to Facebook and Twitter. Much like lists.

                      Currently it appears any one of our 30 users can create and post messages to our linked Facebook and Twitter accounts. I'd suggest a permission setting much like for lists.

                      • Group account access with restricted areas on sub-accounts

                        We have a multi brand group account and would like to be able to provide users with access to all accounts yet lock down access to certain areas of those sub-accounts.

                        For example - design requires access to all sub-accounts and the ability to copy and move assets across those accounts. Yet they do not need access to customer data, lists and segments

                        With GDPR upcoming it would be good to have further control of access to data through multi-brand

                          Add the ability to control access to NetSuite Connector, Cart Recovery configuration, etc. Not all users should have access to make changes to the NetSuite connector setting.

                            Extend the user permissions on apps as well. Our standard marketing users are able to manage e.g. Data Loader jobs or Coupon Manager campaings which definitely should not be the case.
                            Generally it would make sense to extend the user permissions on all other functions as well.
