Folder Organization for Lists and Segments
While the search option is nice, it would be ideal to organize lists and segments by recipient type (customer vs test vs seed), date, mailing, etc. using a foldering system much like the system for storing images.
We are quickly accumulating lists and segments and it would streamline the process to have specific folders to go to.
As of today we have expanded our Labels functionality to work with Lists. The same Labels you use with Segments can now be used in either location, and can even be color-coded to call attention to high-priority groups. Each List/Segment can be assigned several Labels, which gives more flexibility than a single folder. We’re continuing to develop Labels and you’l be seeing them in other locations soon.

I am confused. The idea here is to have folders for organizing lists and segments. How does adding labels to lists complete this Idea? Labels are not folders.
Any update on the status of this feature? It would be hugely beneficial to organize a lengthy lists and segments view.
Folders would be a huge help in the organisation of our Segments.
Organize lists: It would be great to have folders to organize the different lists, or at least labels like we have for the segments.
This would be great if it could be color coded as well. Ex. Lists and segments pertaining to a particular campaign or branch of business could all be the same color to make it easy to find.
We've introduced a Label system for Segments, which you can control from the main Segments page. Labels can also be created and edited within the Settings page under the Home tab.
While we don't have a specific timeframe there are plans to release similar functionality in other areas of the platform including Lists, Messages, Webforms and Reporting!
Create folders under the Lists and Segments sections where you can store single-use Lists and Segments without deleting them.

Also helpful if you have multiple people working in an account, if you could each have a Segment and List folder tree of your own.
I work with many different segments and I need some structure within this tab. folders as in "messages" are really important to keep an organized segment tab.
It would be nice to be able to create folders to categorize lists, segments, and workflows like we can in Email Messages.
We need to help organize lists. There should be Folders on a grid level with lists just the way the Messages works. I would help beautify the lists portion of the site. Because when you have over 100 lists it starts to get messy.
