In Workflows add a filter for "If contact replies to email..."
There needs to be a way to have the workflow check to see if a contact has replied to an email within an automated workflow or not.
This is a very common functionality in more email sequence programs such as Drip, Outreach, Drift, Hubspot, etc.
I see this being an additional option in the email activity filter that can be used if reply-tracking is turned on during the send email action.
The reply-tracking functionality is already there. I realize there needs to be some additional features to make sure to build in time to reply, like maybe it is its own filter that is a combo of email activity and the delay action so that it checks to see if they have replied after a certain amount of time -- that is really the way to do it.
This is NEEDED to turn your workflows into real sequence-driven email marketing.
