Tracking where a specific segment stands regarding Frequency Caps prior the send
There is, currently, no easy way to track where a specific segment stands regarding the frequency caps prior sending the email. A dashboard to track where you stand by segments, or an indication of how many of your contacts will actually receive the email you are about to send would be very handy.
We can see the total email sent to customers, but without being able to set up a time frame, it does not help to see where you stand on frequency cap, at a specific date.
Currently to try to bypass this issue some users have to manually keep track of the eDM in a separate excel sheet, and the segment they are being send to. But this is very complex since a lot of the segments are custom made for a specific initiative and are subsegments of subsegments of previously send eDM. Having an overview of who is going to receive the email usually remains unclear…
Having a tracker would definitely help.
