Move the Calendar link to the top, left hand navigation bar under the Messages tab. This allows users to immediately access the Calendar to ensure emails were scheduled to launch on the correct dates and times. Otherwise additional clicks are needed to access the Calendar after scheduling an email. Could potentially eliminate hundreds, if not thousands, of additional clicks through the course of a year.
The 'Calendar Widget' is probably the simplest method to access your sending calendar. By default, it is included on the Home Dashboard for all users. While the widget shows high-level details, there is a link to view full calendar. You can move this widget to a space more easily accessed, or even add it to another dashboard - maybe the Messages Dashboard.
Lastly, just because we don't have it listed in one of the menus, doesn't mean YOU can't add it! The last tab is a flag icon - this is for bookmarks. Whenever you're on any page that you'd like to save, select that flag and follow the steps to create a bookmark. I believe you can set up to 10 unique links, and these are specific to your username.
Let me know if you think this would work, or if you have any questions on these options.
Thanks so much Bobby!
