Exporting Automation Workflow

Ability to export automation workflows to PDF CSV, this would enable users to print off a whole workflow to large format, which would assist with planning.

Yes, I fully agree with this. It's especially useful for Email newcomers or folks who did not develop the workflows.

I would also like to see a workflow exported in a format that is easily viewable and printed. A pdf may work, though it would have to auto-format so it fits into letter size paper. To starters, maybe just an image that can be cut up in photoshop.

    Hi Jocelyn,

PDF would be perfect. It would give email specialists the opportunity to present workflows to management, by helping them to put things into perspective.

    Hi Rebecca,

This is a very interesting idea, but I need a little bit more information to proceed. When you say you want to export to PDF, do you mean something like a printout of the layout of the Workflow itself? A screenshot of sorts? I can see that making sense for a PDF format, but you also mentioned CSV. Due to the graphic nature of Workflows, I don't think an Excel spreadsheet could do it justice!

Any additional information you can provide would be very helpful, in determining how to proceed. Thanks so much!
