Option to set frequency caps at Agency level
For those of us who use the Agency feature to manage competing brands, it would be great to set a frequency cap for contacts at the Agency level to allow the contact to receive mail from only one brand at a time.

Further to this, if you could add an Agency level contact search option, that would be helpful. The search could produce a list of the individual sub-accounts the contact belongs to, and it could even offer the option to unsubscribe the contact at the same time.
