Remove Cancelled orders from Reporting
Bronto seems to also include CANCELLED orders within its Processed Orders, Revenue and Revenue per Email reports, etc.
This gives a very inaccurate depiction on how well the emails are performing. CANCELLED orders should not be part of reporting, as they did not actually contribute to the Revenue.
While I appreciate your taking the time to submit this request, I believe this is more of a Support matter. Bronto does not have a CANCELLED order status - only PENDING and PROCESSED. I did see where you had discussed this with a Support Associate, but I've escalated the case to a Support Engineer who can provide more technical assistance. You should hear back from them soon, if you haven't already. For now, I will be closing this ticket but if you'd like to discuss further do not hesitate to reach out.
