  3. email overlay section of email reports printable

    In the email reports, under the "clicks" tab, there is a email overlay report which labels clicks on the actual HTML Emails. The window this report is in was previously expandable. I suggest bronto make this report more printer friendly by either allowing the window to once again be expanded, or making a printable version of the entire email overlay report.

  4. Recurring Report Exports

    This is a merger of several tickets which are all related to Recurring Reports. The comments included should show details of the individual requests, but the high-level list includes the following:
    - List and Segment Growth
    - New Contacts
    - Unsubscribed Contacts
    - Recurring Message Metrics

  5. Allow access to Message and Delivery reports from the Reporting tab

    To view Message or Delivery Reports, you must first go to the messages tab, find the message, then click to view the report. It would be intuitive if you could go to the Reports Tab and click "Message Reports" and then choose a message.

  6. Implement multiselect fields

    I was a bit surprised to find that Bronto does not support multiselect field types. This would be very useful for us, and I imagine others as well.

    We're asking customers questions such as: which are your favorite brands, please select the ones you like. Right now, we need to make a checkbox field for every brand, and store yes or no for each. We're also asking customers which special types of products they're interested in. With 16 brands and 6 special product types, we need 22 fields for 2 questions. With a multiselect field, we'd only need 2. It…

    We do plan to create a field type that allows for multiple answers, but do not have an estimated release date right now. This change is a major departure from our current functionality and would impact how fields interact throughout the platform – segments, automation, reporting profiles, etc. It will not be a small project, and will take time to fully complete, but I will keep this ticket updated as more information is available from Engineering.

  7. Click Tracking for Personalized Links

    Right now you can't track links that are custom fields (for example %%!confirm_url%%). This also makes it impossible to track clicks for personalized links created just for that contact, which we use and would like to use more.

    We would like to be able to track clicks of these links and links to webforms and possibly have the ability to toggle it on and off. What say you?

  8. Determine average time between sign-up and first purchase and times in between 1st,2nd and so on.

    In a recent blog post by Tami Urban http://blog.bronto.com/commercemarketing/pursuing-first-purchase-converting-subscribers-buyers/ she talks about 'determine the average time between sign-up and first purchase' how ever this isn't possible as standard report in Bronto. I'd like to see that in order to tweak mails and understand purchase cycles. I'd also like to know the avg time between first and second and third and so on in order to determine loyality. Bronto shows as a report the first and last order but not in between yet individual contact to show their full order history.

  9. Schedule Activation/Deactivation of Workflows

    I think it would be great to be able to have a workflow turn on/off based on a date (similar to scheduling a tweet). Like if I have a perpetual workflow advertising an event on January 1st, I'd love for a workflow to automatically be able to turn off on January 2nd.

  10. Allow Dynamic Subject Lines on an A/B Split Test

    You have a dynamic field button next to the regular subject line field, but when you do A/B split testing of subject lines it is not there. It would be nice not to have to remember the field codes.

  11. Add an email frequency check report

    I am looking to pull a report of the # of emails sent to contacts within a 24 window to check email frequency and see if we need to install frequency caps to prevent "contact fatigue".

  12. Expand Find/Replace in New Message Editor to Include URLs

    I wish there was the capability to edit the entire HTML once you have dragged and dropped your boxes and have the email looking like you want it. Our team uses tracking codes that have to be switched out between each message and its so much easier when we can edit the HTML directly with a quick CTRL+H to update the new link codes instead of having to go box by box.

  15. display orders table all records and improved search criteria

    Currently, the only way to display data in the orders table is by searching for a specific order ID or orders for a specific contact. We would like to be able to display all orders in the table, and to search by additional criteria such as status, order date, created date, amount (range), shipping date.

  16. Realtime producttag usage and preview

    Right now the producttags can only be filled in while sending a message. This gives a big risk, I can only check if the producttags are filled in properly by sending a test message. Though when I send the new message I have to refill all the producttags, if I make a mistake all our subscribers get the wrong product in their newsletter.

    This is a big risk, it also doesn't make sense to not be able to preview the products before the email is sent.

  17. Create a report that gives you how many contacts were added, without filtering out unsubscibes

    So, currently the "growth over time" report filters out unsubscribes instead of reporting what it says it is going to do, which is give you a report of how many contacts you added in a specific time period.

  18. Include conversion rates and $AOV in all KPI reports.

    I suggest that conversion rates and $AOV are included in all KPI reports. For example, when I have gone into a delivery group and clicked on “Download Reports” in the “Overview tab” (the functionality that “sends” the report to me by email), the report I received did not include the conversion rates.

    Conversion rate was, however, included when I did a “download” of the data table when under the “Metrics by Delivery” tab. This discrepancy makes no sense to me.

  19. Add Gmail Feedback Loop

    Need to embed a new header called the Feedback-ID, consisting of parameters (called Identifiers) that uniquely identify individual campaigns. Any Identifiers with an unusual spam rate and that might cause deliverability issues will be reported in the Postmaster Tools FBL dashboard

  20. customsource

    We use the source and customSource fields found in your API documentation to track the source of our customers who have been added to Bronto. Why can't I see these fields in our Contacts Table? Not sure what the point of providing this data to your system if we can't see it within your interface...
