  1. Enable send times based on Time Zone

    Enable dynamic send times This would be most helpful in sending per time zone [if the user already had a field populated] or based off subscribing IP.

  2. Easily surface stats for best/worst subject lines, recent messages/deliveries

    Would be amazing to have a list of all the subject lines we used with their data. Even better would be to have a word analysis with the ones that come up the most often, etc...

  3. More info on which webform a contact signed up from

    In our reporting, I see we can view overall contact growth. Is there a way to report contact growth by location of opt-in? We have a sign-up page as well as a check box in our checkout process. I'd like to see how they are performing and wanted to see if there was a way I could get this information from you.

  4. Popup Manager Reporting

    There is so little reporting available re: Popup Manager, and yet this tool is a huge part of email acquisition strategy. Simply looking at list growth over time does not give us a full picture of how the popup is performing. That list will grow daily with new opt-ins, but it will also shrink with unsubscribes. So we are only ever looking at the net subscriber numbers, which doesn't tell us if a change to popup configurations is/isn't working because the numbers may be skewed by a large number of unsubs caused by something else.   5. Allow comma-separated values for segment search

    Using a range for zip codes isn't precise enough. Pasting a comma separated value list or importing an XML to the rule logic would help. The goal would be to create segments for each of the shipping zones from our warehouse to custom message customers of when our shipping cutoff dates and times are for their specific mailing address for the holiday season. GeoIP is not exact enough either.

  6. Aggregate Heatmap Data

    Currently Bronto doesn't display aggregate data on the heat map when a message is the same, but split across multiple different segments. I'd like to be able to easily see visually what the total clicks are per link.

  7. Webforms do not work on HTTPS pages

    Out of box Webforms does not support https. We currently migrated our site to be fully https. However Bronto internally uses a client specific domain to post the webform data. It requests the client what domain name they would like to use during setup. Although hosted on Bronto servers, as the domain is specific to the client there is no certificate on it. Hence the rendering of the forms is stopped by the browsers. We copied the actual form onto our site to a page and replaced the post domain to "https://apps.bronto.com/" which is what bronto suggested. But…

  8. I suggest you create a function that allows the editing of the preheader text from the schedule delivery page

    We are currently going into each header and copying a new version. It is very time consuming and old fashioned. Can we automate this process in the Schedule Delivery page?

  9. Allow API to report only contacts with specific field data

    Currently, if you want to generate a report via the API containing only those contacts with specific field data (i.e. contacts whose "zip" field contains "10001"), you must pull the entire contacts table, sort, and discard all contacts that are not a match. This request is to selectively pull only those contacts that match the specific field data requested.

  10. Clone/Duplicate Information Between Sites & Subaccounts

    Provide functionality to clone items from one account to another. This will cover data from a Sandbox account to a Production account, as well as between subaccounts in a Multi-Brand.

    The following has been included in the ticket to Engineering:
    a) Fields
    b) Lists
    c) Messages
    d) Templates
    e) Workflows

    Please note that this function would allow copying of the item itself, but not the data within the item. For example, a list but not the contains contained within. Or a field, but not a subscriber's value for that field. This is not intended to be a way to duplicate…

  11. Offer a date field without the year

    Just ask for month and day (no year), so birthday campaigns can be implemented without asking people for their birth year. Some people are sensitive about giving this information.

  14. Need some retention data! Can you build a dashboard so I can see the average # of days an email subscriber stays on our list?

    i.e. Diff between unsubscribe date and subscribe date. A number and visual chart would be nice :)

  15. Capitalization Formatting for Custom Fields

    We would like to be able to make it so when we pull in the first name field into our message that we can make it appear in uppercase. At the minute to do this, we would need to export the contacts, capitalise the first name and then reimport them.

    Having a text transformation option in the WYSIWYG editor would be better for this.

  16. Capture the coupon code assigned to a contact

    We have uploaded a bunch of unique coupon codes in the coupon manager, to be given to new subscribers from a welcome pop-up modal. The codes are being sent, but we sometimes get calls from users wanting to know what their code is (maybe they never got the welcome series email). There's no way for us to know which code was sent to which contact. Would be helpful..

  17. Manual Winner Picking for A/B Testing

    Hi all,

    I'd like to be able to review a/b tests for a partial send - ie 10% split. And then manually pick a winner.

    I like to look at all the stats, not just one that is automated.

    Mail chimp allows me to do this and i think it's a great feature! :)

    Add the following columns to the All Messages page:
    * Last Delivery Date
    * Last Edited Date (which does NOT include the last send date)
    * Date Created
    * Bounce Rate (separate/in addition to Loss Rate)
    * Unsubscribe Rate (separate/in addition to Loss Rate)

  19. Realtime check of the email address field in the popup to see if the address is allready in your database

    Quite a basic need!
    There is no check on the email address that is submitted in popups. Therefore an existing emailadress can be submitted and (in our case) the subsriber expects the promissed coupon-for-subscribers. There should be a check and a message 'You're allready on our list' (a customizable message would be great)

  20. Allow Attachments on Support Cases

    Your support site is slow and very limited.

    It'd be great if when you tried to pull up your support page and see the list of cases, it didn't take a long time to load.

    It'd be great if you had the capability of uploading support files (XML request/response examples for API issues, screenshots for other UI issues).
