    Many companies are now starting to offer a blended "Unsubscribe" page which offers a combination of "Manage Preferences" and "Unsubscribe" as a single landing page experience. The benefit as a marketer is that when people click "Unsubscribe" link I want to be able to allow them to first choose their frequency before clicking on the "unsubscribe" option.

    Screenshot attached of how West Elm does this.. it's very nicely done.

    • Add ability to double-check recipients in Outgoing Deliveries

      There should be a quick way to check the recipient segments/lists for outgoing deliveries.

      Understand from previous ticket the final number of recipients is not possible to show; but it is still important to be able to quickly double-check that the recipients have been defined correctly. This is particularly important for clients working with multiple languages.

      This can be done by making the 'Recipients' column values detail out in a separate pop-up on click, or on hover. Currently this column just states '1 Segment', '2 Lists', etc, which is not at all useful.

        • Countdown Timer

          It would be nice to have a prebuilt tool that can create countdown timers for us to drag and drop into our messages.

          This article at Litmus offers a solution, which, in theory could be set up as an element in the new message builder.

          • Cart abandonment to work cross device - SFCC/DW

            Currently if cart recovery emails are opened on a different device to the one that the items were add to cart on nothing shows in the bag.

            With more and more customers shopping cross device it would be ideal if the email held the product information so products would be access from any device.

            This is a specific request for clients using the Demandware/ Sales Force Commerce Cloud cartridge.

            • create a zapier integration so people can import email adresses into lists from other services.

              Compared to other services, Bronto is lacking in 3rd party integrations. By creating a Zapier integration it would allow people to do basic integrations with other key apps and servies around the web. There is already a zapier integration for nearly every other major ESP on the planet, but Bronto does not exist. It would open up a lot of possibilities for merchants and would let us bypass having to custom create every integration ourselves.

                • Frequency Cap: Prioritize Workflows before other e-mails

                  As I am creating more and more workflows, I do not want to spam our contacts. In order to avoid that, I need to create a frequency cap. Since we are sending out 3-4 newsletters to all of our contacs each week, there is a big possibility that the standard e-mail comes before the workflow e-mail. I would love if we somehow could make workflow e-mails always be first priority in a frequency cap.

                  Example:
                  - A contact is in a workflow and will recieve an e-mail on monday at 09 PM.

                  • Add a send-time range separate from the default time

                    If I choose to optimize the send time for my contacts, Bronto does so over a 24-hour period. Why must that period begin at the default delivery time (i.e., when messages to contacts without enough data will go)?

                    For example, if I want my contacts to receive a message on Friday, I want the default time to be 9am. But, I want the 24-hour period to be 3am Friday to 2:59am Saturday. I'd rather have early risers get the message Friday morning, not Saturday morning.

                        It would be very useful to add some custom tables and be able to attach them to a contact.

                        For example, a contact can have 0 to N subscription, so a custom table will be a "subscription" and each subscription can have custom fields like status, ...

                          It would be great if we could incorporate the %%$cart.item.name%% within the subject line. There currently isn't a method to achieve this as cart data needs to be inside a loop.

                              I think it would be useful to see a list of emails that are active within the abandon cart workflow, and see each user's cart contents. This would be helpful with customer support cases (when someone asks about a product, but might not refer to it in their email).

                              • Need a way to Test Cart Loops

                                I'm creating a workflow for Review Solicitation that will be triggered 3 weeks after purchase. There is no easy way to test that it works properly and brings the cart information in correctly.

                                Having a way to select an order to test on would be great. For example, send a test message with order content from Order# 12345678 to a specific email address.

                                • Provide a Save As Feature for Segments

                                  It would be great to have a "Save As" feature for segments. Many times I go into a segment and play around with the criteria. Once I get what I want, it would be nice to save as a new segment. Right now the options are save (which means I would lose my initial segment) and cancel (which means I need to start all over.) This would be a big time saver.

                                  • Make Webform Reporting Available

                                    The boss walks into the office and asks how many users have downloaded the latest ebook. Should be a quick answer right?

                                    As of today there is no reporting available for webforms. We report monthly on the effectiveness of our lead capture forms and it is incredibly difficult to provide an accurate number quickly.
                                    Webforms should have the same reporting as messages and workflows.

                                    We should not have create a custom list (Auto add) for each form just to report submissions.

                                      Create a report that shows "Contacts Lost Over Time based on Unsubscribes, Complaints, and Inactive due to Bounces". A report that shows all contact losts and gives a breakdown by day of each contact lost. Report similar to the "Contacts Unsubscribes Over Time" report, but add the contacts lost by complaints and contacts inactive due to bounces. Example attached.

                                      • sort message views on 'revenue', 'transactions' etc.

                                        I've seen similar ideas posted, but this is a quick and easy way to see what's working the best. Really surprising that it's not here. For example, if I have a folder for Clearance emails - instead of digging into the delivery groups, I could quickly see which one performs the best on the basic revenue metrics.

                                        • Add better agency level reporting for example if I quickly want to know across all my sub accounts which day I have the best open rate.

                                          I get asked all the time by senior level managers questions like which subject lines got the best performance over the last 90 days or what was the best day to send an email over the last 90 days. They are not wanting stats from a sub account they want total stats, across all of our brands and sub accounts.
