Status Page For Service Disruptions and Release Notes
I would be extremely helpful for users to have a status page to see any service disruptions like API failures, outages, scheduled maintenance, etc. I know that you have @brontostatus that is used occasionally to share this info (fyi, it takes a long time to get the follow accepted) , but I'd love to see it in a format that I can subscribe to receive emails or SMS messages from. I've used StatusPage.io before. Check out their service offerings for the concept.

Universal Search in Bronto
Google has made me lazy and I expect instant results :) It would be nice to have a universal search in Bronto. Lets say I type the name "dan" in the universal search. Bronto will fetch anything with the name dan in it. It would return contacts, list, and anything else that contains the word dan.

Segments a Contact is in
On the contact record, there is a section showing what email lists the contact is on. It would be extremely valuable to see what segments the contact is on.

Ability to create segments based on data in the product table
It would be great if we could build contact segments off of data in the product table for products purchased by our customers. We are currently only able to build contact segments off of product data that we included with orders, but this means that we are unable to build segments off of custom fields (except for the single "other" order product field).
An example would be if we decided to include a boolean field with our product data upload called "Organic" and then be able to create a segment for all customers that bought an Organic product. We could…

Integrate with OptInMonster
OptInMonster is the leader in lead capture forms, and they integrate with most of Bronto's competitors. While they can use the form html from Bronto, full functionality isn't available without the integration.
This would be a huge win for all Bronto clients.

Add additional Status values
It seems the current list of Active, Onboarding, Unsubscribed, Bounce and Transactional are not sufficient for our needs. We would like to know they reported an email as 'Spam', were unsubscribed due to a 'Hard Bounce'. We would also like a status that can be set from within a workflow that makes the contact 'Inactive'. This would allow us to inactivate contacts based on our own criteria and keep them out of promotional emails but keep them on the file. They can be made active by a form or API or even workflows. They would still be able to unsubscribe…

Allow user to specify time zone when scheduling delivery
For global accounts with users from multiple time zone belts, it would be beneficial to be able to specify a time zone when scheduling a delivery. This way, a user can schedule a delivery for a time in their own time zone, rather than needing to always calculate the desired time back to the default account timezone (which is frustrating and can lead to mistakes). This can be achieved by simply adding an extra drop-down field next to the hour - minute - am/pm fields in the delivery scheduling process.

Trigger workflow based on event of specific link click
(I see the completed suggestion at the URL 5468230-triggered-emails-based-on-specific-links. This is different.)
The previous solution for a way to trigger a workflow based on an email click does not work well. (The solution was to make a segment of contacts who have clicked the link.) When someone clicks an email and is put onto a "has clicked this link" segment, that's permanent. It's not an event; it's a status.
We need to be able to watch for the *event* of clicking a specific link and trigger a workflow. This is something that could happen multiple times with links to join…

Message Templates
It would be nice to have 'message templates' that we can save our templates and then add content to them. I know we can save our header and footers in the content tags. but it would be quicker and easier if we could select a template and start adding our content into specific message templates.

workflow loops
Allow for time delayed looping in workflows so that if a contact does not meet the appropriate conditions for a given message/action that contact can be looped back through the evaluation criteria without existing the workflow.

Add ability to segment text fields containing " " (a space)
Add the possibility to segment text fields that include " " (a space between two words). This is currently not possible (Error: Field must have a value), but would be truly helpful. For instance, we have many customers that put their full name into the first name field. This means we can't send personalized emails to them. "Hi John Smith Jr." doesn't work like "Hi John" does.

Ability to see which message an image is associated with in hosting.
Since hosting space is limited and we regularly have to remove images to make room for new ones, it would be very helpful to see what messages an image is assigned to in hosting. This would allow us to quickly identify if the image is attached to an active message (say in a workflow) or not and greatly reduce the risk of deleting a message that is being served to contacts.

Allow Embedding of Schema Markup
Allow use of the <script> tag, so we can utilize schema markup in emails. This would allow us to trigger Google confirmation cards as seen here:

A WordPress plugin for Bronto e-mail blasts.
Create a Premium WordPress Plugin that allows WordPress administrators to manage e-mail blasts from within WordPress. I know this sounds huge project, but I believe it is worth it....worth connecting 100s or 1000s of WordPress stories into a Bronto e-mail publishing environment.
