  1. The ability to edit webforms with raw HTML/external stylesheet rather than drag-and-drop content blocks

    The ability to edit webforms with raw HTML while referencing it with an external stylesheet (similar to a web page) instead of needing to use the default content blocks and modifying the existing stylesheet would be awesome.

  2. Products Import Feed Interval

    The current frequency for the product feed is daily. In our eCom environment pricing is updated rapidly and we expect our pricing to be consistent across all ecosystems.

    The more we utilize browse, recommendation and cart-related emails, the more dynamic pricing is important.

    We need the ability to adjust the frequency of the product feed import.

  3. images to support cases

    Add the ability to share images and files on support cases. I feel like it would be a lot easier to communicate issues in the program by being able to share screen captures and other data in support cases.

  5. Back-Populate a Workflow

    A back-populate feature that allows you to queue contacts into the workflow retroactively. This would be useful after you create a flow with emails scheduled in the future that would've been queued had the flow existed earlier.

    For example, when you create customer a re-engagement workflow, you probably don't want to wait 60 or 120 days for customers start receiving emails. Back-populating a flow will find customers who placed an order months ago and queue them for emails as soon as the next day.

  6. update social sharing links for more popular networks

    in the WYSIWYG editor, the social sharing/swyn button tool is so dated... It has MySpace and Digg as button link inserts... How about adding some other networks that are actually used? (instagram, pinterest, youtube, etc.)

  7. More Font Sizes

    The font size options are limited, it doesn’t allow you to choose specific size pt. – e.g the options go from 18px to 24px to 36px to 48px and sometimes these sizes are either too big or too small and don’t work with the designs we want because there is no “in between option”. We have tried to manually enter a number, but does not allow you to. (We know coding is an option, but it would be awesome if they could have this for those who are unfamiliar with code).

  8. New report: "Contacts Lost Over Time based on Unsubscribes, Complaints, and Inactive due to Bounces"

    Create a report that shows "Contacts Lost Over Time based on Unsubscribes, Complaints, and Inactive due to Bounces". A report that shows all contact losts and gives a breakdown by day of each contact lost. Report similar to the "Contacts Unsubscribes Over Time" report, but add the contacts lost by complaints and contacts inactive due to bounces. Example attached.

  9. Allow user to specify time zone when scheduling delivery

    For global accounts with users from multiple time zone belts, it would be beneficial to be able to specify a time zone when scheduling a delivery. This way, a user can schedule a delivery for a time in their own time zone, rather than needing to always calculate the desired time back to the default account timezone (which is frustrating and can lead to mistakes). This can be achieved by simply adding an extra drop-down field next to the hour - minute - am/pm fields in the delivery scheduling process.

  10. Ability to schedule activation/deactivation of different pop ups

    We like to adjust our pop up design to match big sales, however right now there is no option to schedule the activation or deactivation of a pop up.

    Ideally, this feature would allow us to align our pop up with our sale perfectly, instead of having to do it by hand at weird hours of the day.

  11. Integrate with OptInMonster

    OptInMonster is the leader in lead capture forms, and they integrate with most of Bronto's competitors. While they can use the form html from Bronto, full functionality isn't available without the integration.

    This would be a huge win for all Bronto clients.

  12. display orders table all records and improved search criteria

    Currently, the only way to display data in the orders table is by searching for a specific order ID or orders for a specific contact. We would like to be able to display all orders in the table, and to search by additional criteria such as status, order date, created date, amount (range), shipping date.

  13. Realtime producttag usage and preview

    Right now the producttags can only be filled in while sending a message. This gives a big risk, I can only check if the producttags are filled in properly by sending a test message. Though when I send the new message I have to refill all the producttags, if I make a mistake all our subscribers get the wrong product in their newsletter.

    This is a big risk, it also doesn't make sense to not be able to preview the products before the email is sent.

  14. Total Contacts Table & Segment Setting Column

    I'd like to be able to not only see how many active contacts are on a list but how many inactive or total contacts are on a list. That at-a-glance info can be really helpful.

  15. Allow %%!delivery_api_id%% as an option in the Google Analytics Connection for content.

  16. Create a report that gives you how many contacts were added, without filtering out unsubscibes

    So, currently the "growth over time" report filters out unsubscribes instead of reporting what it says it is going to do, which is give you a report of how many contacts you added in a specific time period.

  17. Webform: Manage Preferences -- Email Address Field

    There should be an option where the Email Address field is 'readonly', so that contacts can not change their email address. This is something we are trying to do so that we contacts can not change their email address because it will affect their log in credentials.

  19. Include conversion rates and $AOV in all KPI reports.

    I suggest that conversion rates and $AOV are included in all KPI reports. For example, when I have gone into a delivery group and clicked on “Download Reports” in the “Overview tab” (the functionality that “sends” the report to me by email), the report I received did not include the conversion rates.

    Conversion rate was, however, included when I did a “download” of the data table when under the “Metrics by Delivery” tab. This discrepancy makes no sense to me.

  20. Attachments in emails

    We would love to be able to add attachments to emails (for example PDF). We would use this for transactional emails, for example invoices or a PDF with terms and conditions.

    For personal documents, such as invoices, we'd rather send the invoice as an attachment than linking to it for security reasons.

    At the moment we do not send a part of our transactional emails through Bronto, as we cannot add attachments.
