  1. Drop-down list of products when sending an email

    When creating the default product tags for an email or when scheduling an email, utilize a drop-down list of the products to be selected rather than manually typing the product id. The product id is usually not the most user-friendly field and having it be a textbox creates risk of typos and not actually getting the product you want.

  2. Provide in-product notifications for all forms of allocation usage, not just email (send volume).

    As of now, the only proactive alert provided in-product is when email volume is reaching its limit.

    Would be ideal if all allocation usage categories triggered a notification when close to its limit.

  4. Update Required Forms to Avoid Locking Out Users

    Currently the "Please Update Your Contact Information" pop up after logging in to Bronto will not let you move forward until it is completed, but there's no clear formatting example. So, if you guess wrong you're locked out of the system until you get it right. It's a total guessing game on what format the phone number should be (in my case I needed to add a 1 to the beginning of the phone number, but thought maybe the system didn't like dashes, spaces, or parenthesis).

  5. Ability to save or lock send setting so someone else can review

    I wish there was a way to save or lock the send settings so someone else can double check easily. It's important for someone else to review the selected audience and send time, along with other settings. If there are errors, there should also be the ability to unlock and save by the other person to make corrections.

    I used an ESP that's over 20 years old, and it had this feature. Other ESPs had this feature as well.

  6. Override Frequesncy

    I'd like to be able to see in the delivery report when i have used override frequency. this would help when checking emails have been sent to the right data and useful to check that override frequency has been used if needed. i'm not sure why it doesn't tell you as when scheduling the email it tells you everything before your hit schedule.

  7. Please return the live chat's pop-out feature.

    The support live chat used to have a pop-out button in the header bar. That disappeared a while ago and now the little box is stuck attached to the Bronto app (and it's stuck at its small size, too). Please return the pop-out button.

  8. Refresh content tags at time of sending

    I learned that messages pull in content tags at the time of *scheduling* and don't refresh before sending.

    That I can't change a global piece of content and know that all messages from that moment on will get the changed content is ridiculous. If I schedule the week's messages on Monday morning and then make a change to our global header (content tag), those scheduled messages should refresh with the new content before sending.

    The new layout removes the cursor focus from the new-delivery-group name field. The cursor flashes in the name field but then something else removes it. Please fix this.

  10. Send Emails Based on Date AND Time When Contact is Added

    We are noticing that number of opens is significantly higher after 9am through 4pm. Are we able to delay the email message if a contact/email is added between 4pm and 8am and send the email at 9am? We think this would improve our open rate.

  11. The ability to edit webforms with raw HTML/external stylesheet rather than drag-and-drop content blocks

    The ability to edit webforms with raw HTML while referencing it with an external stylesheet (similar to a web page) instead of needing to use the default content blocks and modifying the existing stylesheet would be awesome.

  13. See which messages have been scheduled and which haven't

    It would be great if we had the ability to see which messages have been scheduled and which haven't when looking at all messages. For example, if I am looking at a subfolder in Messages, I can see that there are 2 messages in the outgoing folder but not which messages those are unless I navigate away from all messages.

  15. Subscriber Reporting

    Subscriber Reporting - a weekly report that can be sent out, showing total subscribers, then breaking down to total unsubs and total net new subscribers. This would be so beneficial to see the health of our list size and the rate it is growing (or decreasing).

  16. Round Robin Equal Split filter in Work Flows

    At present we're testing 5 different time delays in our Abandoned Cart workflow. We randomly make a contact wait 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours before sending them a message by changing their contact field after passing through a Random filter. The message they receive then differs depending on the contact field the recipient has.

    Ultimately we will leave one to two, time delays in the workflow depending on how they perform. Although it'll take a long time to accumulate enough data to determine which times are the winner, it'll never truly be a fair test because the random…

  18. Add ability to push user lists/audiences into Google Ads like we can for Facebook

    We would really appreciate the ability to push user lists / audiences into Google Ads platform just like we can with Facebook.
    We have to manually export and import these user lists which is incredibly time consuming and suspect to error.
    We'd really appreciate the ability to push these lists and segments into Google too!

  19. Add the socialite app to the Bronto Status page so it's actively monitored by the Bronto

    In light of recent issues where the Socialte app broke for over 4 months without anyone from Bronto noticing or fixing it... I think it's necessary and important that it be added to the status page and actively monitored by your team.
