  1. making coupon manager present coupons as live text and not images so customers can copy and paste

    Extremely Important Update Needed

    Our customers have been complaining since we began using coupon manager that they cannot copy and paste the code. There has to be a way that you can make the coupons live text or at least give us the option to choose which way to have them display.

  2. Test delivery reporting - show user who sent the message and list info

    We have 80+ Bronto users to manage and we'd like to know the exact users who sent test messages, and which proofing list the test message was sent to without having to export a delivery report.

  3. Accessibility Improvement - Bronto Pop-Up

    It would be helpful to allow for a tab index on the submit button and close links for the Bronto Pop-Up app. The current configuration only allows for tabbing on input fields. Adding this feature would improve accessibility for the pop-up.

  4. Log a contact's list removal when they unsubscribe via the complaint process

    On a contact history, there is no record of list removal if they unsubscribe via the complaint process. We lose all record of the lists they were previously a member of for tracking/troubleshooting purposes.

    Support for https image hosting. No-code required field entry (i.e. discount desc, discount code, start/end dates w/timezone etc.) that builds out and inserts the <script> code.

  8. SQL in workflow nodes for manual control of the data

    Workflow nodes are limited. For example, today I need to (conditionally) copy the value from one contact field to another, but the nodes can't do it.

    If a special workflow node allowed entry of free-text SQL, users could write whatever triggers, filters, or updates they need.

  9. Email Capture Point Exclusion

    The scraper powered by Browse Recovery and the New Order Service have a substantial flaw in that they intercept our marketing sign up inputs and add contacts as transactional.

    The general idea of these scrapers is to be all encompassing so as to not miss an email being entered in various inputs on our site. We've setup a bunch of capture points based on various tag attributes(id, name, input type). We catch ourselves between two options:

    A. Find and determine every single unique capture point and assign it a unique id on our site. This kind of defeats the purpose…

  10. Ability to set a default contact

    When previewing a message with fields, it would be nice if the default contact was able to be set, so that it didn't just appear as blank for all of our fields.

  12. Drop-down list of products when sending an email

    When creating the default product tags for an email or when scheduling an email, utilize a drop-down list of the products to be selected rather than manually typing the product id. The product id is usually not the most user-friendly field and having it be a textbox creates risk of typos and not actually getting the product you want.

  13. Provide in-product notifications for all forms of allocation usage, not just email (send volume).

    As of now, the only proactive alert provided in-product is when email volume is reaching its limit.

    Would be ideal if all allocation usage categories triggered a notification when close to its limit.

  15. Update Required Forms to Avoid Locking Out Users

    Currently the "Please Update Your Contact Information" pop up after logging in to Bronto will not let you move forward until it is completed, but there's no clear formatting example. So, if you guess wrong you're locked out of the system until you get it right. It's a total guessing game on what format the phone number should be (in my case I needed to add a 1 to the beginning of the phone number, but thought maybe the system didn't like dashes, spaces, or parenthesis).

  16. Ability to save or lock send setting so someone else can review

    I wish there was a way to save or lock the send settings so someone else can double check easily. It's important for someone else to review the selected audience and send time, along with other settings. If there are errors, there should also be the ability to unlock and save by the other person to make corrections.

    I used an ESP that's over 20 years old, and it had this feature. Other ESPs had this feature as well.

  17. Override Frequesncy

    I'd like to be able to see in the delivery report when i have used override frequency. this would help when checking emails have been sent to the right data and useful to check that override frequency has been used if needed. i'm not sure why it doesn't tell you as when scheduling the email it tells you everything before your hit schedule.

  18. Please return the live chat's pop-out feature.

    The support live chat used to have a pop-out button in the header bar. That disappeared a while ago and now the little box is stuck attached to the Bronto app (and it's stuck at its small size, too). Please return the pop-out button.

  19. Refresh content tags at time of sending

    I learned that messages pull in content tags at the time of *scheduling* and don't refresh before sending.

    That I can't change a global piece of content and know that all messages from that moment on will get the changed content is ridiculous. If I schedule the week's messages on Monday morning and then make a change to our global header (content tag), those scheduled messages should refresh with the new content before sending.

    The new layout removes the cursor focus from the new-delivery-group name field. The cursor flashes in the name field but then something else removes it. Please fix this.
