  1. Feature check size of mail before sending

    Create feature to check before sending, what the size the mail is. Especially for Gmail to prevent that the email will be clipped in inbox.

  2. Trigger workflow based on product feed changes

    This would enable emails to be sent at the exact moment when new products has arrived in the e-com.

    "Trigger workflow when X new products from BRAND is imported from feed".

    Example, if a customer have signed up specifically for news from a certain brand, we could than leverage this to send an email when new products actually have arrived. Instead of keeping an eye manually when new products are added from specific brands. Talk about pro-active commerce!

  3. Coupon Codes sent through the API sent as plain text, not Image

    Currently, it seems that when you send a coupon code back to the website through the API, they appear as an image, not a plain text code that can be copied and entered into the checkout. We would like to recommend that we change this functionality in the API.

  4. Tracking where a specific segment stands regarding Frequency Caps prior the send

    There is, currently, no easy way to track where a specific segment stands regarding the frequency caps prior sending the email. A dashboard to track where you stand by segments, or an indication of how many of your contacts will actually receive the email you are about to send would be very handy.

    We can see the total email sent to customers, but without being able to set up a time frame, it does not help to see where you stand on frequency cap, at a specific date.

    Currently to try to bypass this issue some users have to manually…

  5. More Robust Reporting

    Ability to create reports and provide more in depth results when looking at various programs. There should be the ability to break down analytics by type of campaign, segmentation and various KPI's. Within Responsys, you have the ability to drag and drop the various options to build out your own customizable reports. Bronto should have something similar in nature.

  6. Remove the requirement that you specify a campaign when sending a test

    Right now you have to specify a campaign when sending a test, which seems like an extra step. It would be more efficient if you didn't have to select a campaign until you actually scheduled a real send.

  7. Please add sort-ability to columns in Delivery Report and Message Report click pages

    Please make more of the columns on the "click" pages of the Delivery Report and Message Report sort-able. In particular, the tables should be sort-able by Total Clicks, Unique Clicks, % of Total Clicks, and Conversions. I would also recommend making the tables sorted by Total Clicks by default.

  8. A "real time" calculator in the scheduling messages process for final delivery size

    When scheduling a message, and segmenting lists/segments we know very well how many emails will be sent (the number is calculated and appears on the left side). But when adding to that the excluded groups (which also have a total) I cannot get a final number of the group size; so I don't actually know how many emails I'm sending or what is the size of the delivery until the day after - until the message is done sending in essence. It would be great to have a real time calculator that tells you how many of the excluded contacts…

  9. Google [data studio]

    Integration with Google Data Studio (http://datastudio.google.com/).

    Data Studio is a powerful free Dashboard tool. It would be great to have an integration with it.

  10. Looping in workflows

    It would be really good if we could loop in workflows, we have come across multiple instances where we want a customer to repeat a section of a workflow multiple times if they hit a certain criteria but can't because we are unable to loop.

    As an example, in one of our workflows, if a customer has received an email today we would want to delay that send until the next day, when the next day comes we would want to check if they have had an email today again and if not delay the send again. However, we can't…

  11. Cart abandonment (browse recover style) Test Email

    We would like a way to send out an instant test email for cart abandonment to review email changes like browse abandonment. The ability to choose an email to send to and to choose product ID's would be helpful.

  12. Group account access with restricted areas on sub-accounts

    We have a multi brand group account and would like to be able to provide users with access to all accounts yet lock down access to certain areas of those sub-accounts.

    For example - design requires access to all sub-accounts and the ability to copy and move assets across those accounts. Yet they do not need access to customer data, lists and segments

    With GDPR upcoming it would be good to have further control of access to data through multi-brand

  13. Click to download/print for coupons

    Have a way for message recipients to easily click to save or print coupons generated from the Coupon Manager App. I've gotten as far as creating a webform with the HTML image tag in it, and then using that webform as a link in my message, however the barcode will not display. There should be an easier way to print these coupons besides printing the entire message.

  14. Browse Recovery A/B Testing

    A/B Testing Browse Recovery Email Designs. I would like to be able to A/B test two Browse Recover email design by running them at the same time. 50% of traffic to one email and 50% to the other. That way we can test to see which design works best.

  15. Remove the height limit for the subject on the message-view page

    As shown in the screenshot, the space where the message subject appears on the mail/message/view page is limited to the height of only one line of text. Longer subjects (such as those with dynamic code) are truncated in this view.

    Please remove the 15px height and let the space resize to show multiple lines.

  16. Make Coupon Manager text-based instead of image-based

    There are 2 reasons this is critical:
    1) Our customers want to be able to copy/paste coupon codes from the email into the check-out field
    2) We have received complaints from blind customers that screen readers cannot detect coupon codes in emails when they are image-based.

    I can see that others had requested this change and it was declined by Bronto because this would be a hard change to implement. I'm adding this request again due to its importance.

  17. More customization with google analytics

    Add the ability to edit utm_campaign within a message/campaign/delivery group. This doesn't work in the Custom Analytics, since we send for events and want to track all emails sent during a specific event with the same utm_campaign. There is no benefit for us, tracking wise, to have a different campaign utm for each email.

    Or make "Delivery Group" an option in the dropdown or content tags.

  18. Color Code Multi-Brand Sites

    While the initial login screen for multi-brand accounts is a blue theme, each of the sub-brands themselves is the traditional green theme. Would be great to be able to color-code somehow to easily visually identify which account one is working in beyond just the top navigation drop-down menu.

  19. Back-Populate a Workflow

    A back-populate feature that allows you to queue contacts into the workflow retroactively. This would be useful after you create a flow with emails scheduled in the future that would've been queued had the flow existed earlier.

    For example, when you create customer a re-engagement workflow, you probably don't want to wait 60 or 120 days for customers start receiving emails. Back-populating a flow will find customers who placed an order months ago and queue them for emails as soon as the next day.

  20. throttling option to Start Over when retriggered

    if a contact meets the 'trigger' requirements and is already in the workflow it would be nice if the contact could restart the workflow. Any other instances of the contact in the workflow would be ended/removed. This would be espcially helpful in abandoned cart workflows but any workflow that involves a timed sequence of events might also benefit.
