  2. Allow API to report only contacts with specific field data

    Currently, if you want to generate a report via the API containing only those contacts with specific field data (i.e. contacts whose "zip" field contains "10001"), you must pull the entire contacts table, sort, and discard all contacts that are not a match. This request is to selectively pull only those contacts that match the specific field data requested.

  3. Clone/Duplicate Information Between Sites & Subaccounts

    Provide functionality to clone items from one account to another. This will cover data from a Sandbox account to a Production account, as well as between subaccounts in a Multi-Brand.

    The following has been included in the ticket to Engineering:
    a) Fields
    b) Lists
    c) Messages
    d) Templates
    e) Workflows

    Please note that this function would allow copying of the item itself, but not the data within the item. For example, a list but not the contains contained within. Or a field, but not a subscriber's value for that field. This is not intended to be a way to duplicate…

  5. Add Agency Contact Loss Rate Reports to Sub-Account Level

    From the agency view, if I select a sub-account, I can see a handful of reports that can be viewed by day, week, month or year. One of the most useful is a Contact Loss Rate report that rolls up all the contact loss data. The problem is that there is nothing close to this that our clients can access. They can see unsubscribe rate, but they are limited to seeing it only by day, which is not very user friendly, and it doesn't show the whole picture of contact loss.   6. Allow the option to hide certain item skus from a delivery report

    In the Messages-> Deliveries ->Delivery Report-> Conversions, it would be a great addition if there was a way to filter out orders with a specific sku to not appear or be calculated in the conversion rate. This allows for more accurate reporting if you want to just look for how an e-mail sold 1 item.

  7. Add Additional Contact History Logging

    It would be useful if manual entries could be added to the contact's history log (via API especially) to act as "notes". This could be used to track the source and/or reasoning of changes to the contact.

  9. Create a report that gives you how many contacts were added, without filtering out unsubscibes

    So, currently the "growth over time" report filters out unsubscribes instead of reporting what it says it is going to do, which is give you a report of how many contacts you added in a specific time period.

  10. Create a way to see subaccount allocations over time

    Currently, we can only see a current snapshot of where all of our subaccounts stand in regards to using their account allocations. But, if a single account goes over their limit for even one day, we get billed, but are not told which subaccount went over their limit. We need a way to look at this data over time, even if it is in the form of a daily report emailed to me.

  11. support have multiple webforms on a single page. Maybe allow IFrames to be used in the HTML areas?

    It would be great for a way to embed multiple forms on to a single web form page. That way clicking one button would submit only a set of information instead of the entire page of fields. This would enable a more customized and easier end user expeience.

  12. Webform: Manage Preferences -- Email Address Field

    There should be an option where the Email Address field is 'readonly', so that contacts can not change their email address. This is something we are trying to do so that we contacts can not change their email address because it will affect their log in credentials.

  13. multiple dates your automated reports run under

    You can currently only set 1 date for auto reports to run, however it would be nice to get auto report after 1 day to see how it is going and again after 1 week when most responses have happened

  14. A way to view alerts after they have been dismissed

    It would be helpful if alerts were logged somewhere so I could see them after they have been dismissed. Occasionally I delete one by mistake or want to check one after the fact. Something like the activities tab would be helpful.

  16. report access permissions

    Access to contact upload reports requires that the user have view/edit/send permissions for All lists and segments... It would be great to have more granular permission feature that would allow a user to access the reports without being able to modify lists/segments in the system.

    Gmail wants to see both a mailto address and URL in the list-unsubscribe header. Bronto should support adding %%!unsubscribe_url%% to the list-unsubscribe header in addition to the current mailto option.

  18. Split A/B Test lists AFTER running Frequency Cap reports - to ensure even lists

    I recently sent an A/B test that was supposed to split the list right down the middle. The system pulled the list, ran it for Frequency Caps then sent my email. The issue with this is that the ‘A’ segment had about 60K people but the ‘B’ segment only had 40K people (due to Frequency Caps). Now my client’s metrics are skewed because it is not a true A/B test. It would be more beneficial to take the intended list, run it for Frequency Caps, THEN split the list so it’s even as it’s supposed to be.

  20. Implement multiselect fields

    I was a bit surprised to find that Bronto does not support multiselect field types. This would be very useful for us, and I imagine others as well.

    We're asking customers questions such as: which are your favorite brands, please select the ones you like. Right now, we need to make a checkbox field for every brand, and store yes or no for each. We're also asking customers which special types of products they're interested in. With 16 brands and 6 special product types, we need 22 fields for 2 questions. With a multiselect field, we'd only need 2. It…

    We do plan to create a field type that allows for multiple answers, but do not have an estimated release date right now. This change is a major departure from our current functionality and would impact how fields interact throughout the platform – segments, automation, reporting profiles, etc. It will not be a small project, and will take time to fully complete, but I will keep this ticket updated as more information is available from Engineering.
