1. Inbox management system

Add an inbox management system where, upon setup, you tag your email with a specific characteristic -I.e. Promotional, editorial. Then if a contact is eligible to recieve two emails in one day, the inbox management system looks at historical metrics of the email (can set it up to look at click or revenue) and sends out the delivery that, based on historical info of other emails in that category, will produce the best results. The email that doesn't win will get pushed to the next day where it will challenge the next days email. This helps avoid inbox clutter/overwhelming the…

2. provide "abandoned cart" experience for scheduling a deploy

At least twice in 2 months I have set up an email to deploy and forgot to schedule the deploy from the confirmation screen. I would like to have the system ping me when the time set on the deploy has passed without it actually being deployed. I could have saved thousands of dollars in demand with such an alert system

3. Add alt atribute to tracking pixel

When sending emails, bronto add a tracking pixel at the end of mail.

This tracking is like

*********************************************************************
<img src="http://..." width="0" height="0"
border="0" style="visibility: hidden !important; display:none !important; max-height: 0; width: 0; line-height: 0; mso-hide: all;" alt=""/>
*********************************************************************

Filling the alt attribute (with a text value) should help to increase spam score.

Has anyone notice this ?

4. Allow exclusion based on 'Received message X" or "received delivery X" within delivery set up (without defining a segment)

Sometimes we need to schedule a separate delivery for a message and segments may be overapping. It would be convenient to be able to use 'received msg X' criteria in exclusions (without defining a segment for that and then using it in exclusion settings).

5. Sandbox: Ability to Turn Sending Off or Channel All Mail to a Specific Address (for Development)

Sandbox accounts currently send all mail as if it were a normal account. And for all intents and purposes, it seems to work exactly like a free account.

For a sandbox to truly be a sandbox, we need the ability to turn off ALL sending from the account and have messages appear somewhere for our development reviews.

Alternatively (or in addition), it would be great if we could have messages be channeled to a specific email account (e.g., a developer's account for testing live in an actual email client) with the original variables intact for testing.

Basically, sandbox accounts should…

6. ReturnPath seed lists sent to ALL messages for A/B testing tool: alow proof lists to be sent based on a message, vs. a delivery

We’ve recently been set-up with ReturnPath. We’re running into an issue while using Bronto’s A/B testing functionality – the tool is splitting all of our lists so that 50% of the emails on the ReturnPath seed list are getting on email creative, and the other 50% is getting the other email creative. However, ReturnPath then registers this information as the seed lists “missing” in the delivery, and impacts what they display as our inbox placement rate.

ReturnPath tracks by delivery and accounts for their ~900 seed emails. We can schedule the 2 messages as different sends for sure, but this…

7. ability to set precedence header

in Gmail to avoid being put into the spam folder but instead the promotional tab, it would be great to be able to set the precedence header to "bulk" on qualifying emails either through bronto's interface or via the API when creating a message

8. Add %%!unsubscribe_url%% to list-unsubscribe header

Gmail wants to see both a mailto address and URL in the list-unsubscribe header. Bronto should support adding %%!unsubscribe_url%% to the list-unsubscribe header in addition to the current mailto option.

9. Allow for the automated "Advanced Delivery" resend option to mimic the original delivery duration

Allow for the automated "Advanced Delivery" resend option to mimic the original delivery duration. Throttle can be use during the resend automation send but not Optimized Time of Day, why
