  1. email overlay section of email reports printable

    In the email reports, under the "clicks" tab, there is a email overlay report which labels clicks on the actual HTML Emails. The window this report is in was previously expandable. I suggest bronto make this report more printer friendly by either allowing the window to once again be expanded, or making a printable version of the entire email overlay report.

  2. Recurring Report Exports

    This is a merger of several tickets which are all related to Recurring Reports. The comments included should show details of the individual requests, but the high-level list includes the following:
    - List and Segment Growth
    - New Contacts
    - Unsubscribed Contacts
    - Recurring Message Metrics

  3. Easily surface stats for best/worst subject lines, recent messages/deliveries

    Would be amazing to have a list of all the subject lines we used with their data. Even better would be to have a word analysis with the ones that come up the most often, etc...

  4. Aggregate Heatmap Data

    Currently Bronto doesn't display aggregate data on the heat map when a message is the same, but split across multiple different segments. I'd like to be able to easily see visually what the total clicks are per link.

  5. Allow access to Message and Delivery reports from the Reporting tab

    To view Message or Delivery Reports, you must first go to the messages tab, find the message, then click to view the report. It would be intuitive if you could go to the Reports Tab and click "Message Reports" and then choose a message.

  6. Determine average time between sign-up and first purchase and times in between 1st,2nd and so on.

    In a recent blog post by Tami Urban http://blog.bronto.com/commercemarketing/pursuing-first-purchase-converting-subscribers-buyers/ she talks about 'determine the average time between sign-up and first purchase' how ever this isn't possible as standard report in Bronto. I'd like to see that in order to tweak mails and understand purchase cycles. I'd also like to know the avg time between first and second and third and so on in order to determine loyality. Bronto shows as a report the first and last order but not in between yet individual contact to show their full order history.

  7. Need some retention data! Can you build a dashboard so I can see the average # of days an email subscriber stays on our list?

    i.e. Diff between unsubscribe date and subscribe date. A number and visual chart would be nice :)

    Add the following columns to the All Messages page:
    * Last Delivery Date
    * Last Edited Date (which does NOT include the last send date)
    * Date Created
    * Bounce Rate (separate/in addition to Loss Rate)
    * Unsubscribe Rate (separate/in addition to Loss Rate)

  9. View Top Products From Conversions Asociated with Delivery

    When viewing a Delivery Report, it is currently possible to view the Conversions which are associated with that delivery. And I can click into each conversion and see what products that specific customer purchased. But what would be very useful is to see the products purchased in aggregate. What I mean is that for a delivery, there were *** units of product A purchased, and yyy units of product B purchased, etc. You have the data already, it's just a matter of grouping it. So instead of me clicking into each order to see what the customer purchased, it would…

    I am looking to pull a report of the # of emails sent to contacts within a 24 window to check email frequency and see if we need to install frequency caps to prevent "contact fatigue".

  12. New report: "Contacts Lost Over Time based on Unsubscribes, Complaints, and Inactive due to Bounces"

    Create a report that shows "Contacts Lost Over Time based on Unsubscribes, Complaints, and Inactive due to Bounces". A report that shows all contact losts and gives a breakdown by day of each contact lost. Report similar to the "Contacts Unsubscribes Over Time" report, but add the contacts lost by complaints and contacts inactive due to bounces. Example attached.

  13. Create a report that gives you how many contacts were added, without filtering out unsubscibes

    So, currently the "growth over time" report filters out unsubscribes instead of reporting what it says it is going to do, which is give you a report of how many contacts you added in a specific time period.

  14. Include conversion rates and $AOV in all KPI reports.

    I suggest that conversion rates and $AOV are included in all KPI reports. For example, when I have gone into a delivery group and clicked on “Download Reports” in the “Overview tab” (the functionality that “sends” the report to me by email), the report I received did not include the conversion rates.

    Conversion rate was, however, included when I did a “download” of the data table when under the “Metrics by Delivery” tab. This discrepancy makes no sense to me.

  15. Unsubscribe Date & Preferred Send Time added to Contact Export

    You have to go through so many hoops to try and download a report of the unsubscribed contacts with their unsubscribe date. I have been working on this for two days and it would be so much easier if 1. you would make that an actual report. or 2. give me the ability to down load the unsubscribed contacts with their unsubscribe date.

  16. Enable users to see number of people excluded from emails

    Many people use suppression / exclusion lists. I want to be able to know how many people are being excluded from sends easily and currently, there is no display functionality for this.

  17. Add better agency level reporting for example if I quickly want to know across all my sub accounts which day I have the best open rate.

    I get asked all the time by senior level managers questions like which subject lines got the best performance over the last 90 days or what was the best day to send an email over the last 90 days. They are not wanting stats from a sub account they want total stats, across all of our brands and sub accounts.

  18. Segment Reporting - Growth, Loss, etc

    I know you have said you completed this on Idea (http://ideas.bronto.com/forums/74207-ideas-bronto-com/suggestions/2197673-segment-metrics-growth-loss-revenue-engagemen), but it isn't complete.

    I have created a segment of "Non-Engaged Contacts" that haven't opened, clicked or purchased on 6 months. I am using that segment to remove contacts from our weekly emails and only sending to those contacts 2 or 3 times a year. Having reporting on the growth / loss of contacts on that list would be great. I am also not getting any reporting on them since I'm not specifically sending to that list. I am more or less excluding those contacts.

  19. Contact Revenue Reporting for Specified Timeframes

    It would be extremely beneficial to be able to run a total revenue report by contact for a specified time frame. Currently there is only one report that can be run to show high-level contact analytics which includes total revenue generated but the report is for all time. I need to be able to see how much revenue our emails are generating in a given quarter or year for our total contacts or specific contact segment.

  20. Calculate the value of an email contact

    I am trying to calculate the value of having an e-mail contact. In order to do that, I would need to see how much revenue is directly generated from e-mail marketing. If I export a list from Bronto right now, it will show all the revenue from each e-mail, regardless if the revenue was created from email marketing or other marketing.

    If I could somehow be able to only look at revenue generated through newsletters, I would be able to calculate the value of an email contact. If I knew that number, I could have used it as an CPO…
