Date Ranges In Reports
Optional start and end dates for all reports. Particularly important for ongoing triggered messages and potentially useful when viewing any data.

Let unique ID be assigned to data other than email address
Let unique ID be assigned to data other than email address. We have members and would like to use their membership ID number. Unique emails work until someone changes their email outside of Bronto and then you have one person that Bronto thinks are two different contacts. Contact list gets junky.

Append "test" to subject lines for test sends
There are times (ok, LOTS of times) when we send more than one test in a campaign. It'd be swell if these were clearly identifiable in the inbox. Automagically adding [Test] (or something similar) at the beginning of test send subject lines would be helpful.

We are reviewing this again to put it on the plan and are currently looking at the approach mentioned in the comment from 2/17. In the mean time, please add them to a list so you do not miss out on gathering metrics for your send.

A Customer would like to request that an Iphone app be made available for managing their Bronto account.

Allow API to report only contacts with specific field data
Currently, if you want to generate a report via the API containing only those contacts with specific field data (i.e. contacts whose "zip" field contains "10001"), you must pull the entire contacts table, sort, and discard all contacts that are not a match. This request is to selectively pull only those contacts that match the specific field data requested.

Create dynamic field for promotion codes
To be used within HTML code for emails, whether manually uploaded or within templates, a Special Tag like %%promo%% would be inserted. Upon composing this new message using this code the sender can enter in a Promotion code that would populate the special tag %%promo%%. Much like how a subject line is handled for each email, you can enter in a new promo code for each email you send out regardless of recipient.

Show revenue on the "heat map"
The email click overlay / heat map should include the ability to show revenue. What is the highest producing link in an email? etc.

Delivery pause and contine with content replacement capability
There should be an option to pause a mailing, save new HTML into the message, and then resume the send where it left off seamlessly.
In spite of our efforts to test messages thoroughly, we have found problems shortly after sending out an email a couple times. Our messages are generally sent over a number of hours, so the option to stop the mailing, save the fixed content and send that version to the remaining recipients is there. Support A/B Test Remails
Allow A/B test to be sent more than once via the remail function.
Currently, using the remail option on A/B test messages only sends only One of the messages (A, B or X) in the remail, rather than actually remailing the multi-message test. The process of 'manually' creating segments for the recipients of the original splits, copying the original messages, and scheduling all of those messages individually in order to do a multi-send A/B/X test is a very time consuming and error prone task.17 votes -
Option to set frequency caps at Agency level
For those of us who use the Agency feature to manage competing brands, it would be great to set a frequency cap for contacts at the Agency level to allow the contact to receive mail from only one brand at a time.

We would like to see an extension available for Magento that facilitates or adds on to the Magento Check out process, and that it connects to your systems with an auto reply optional.

Integration with Magento’s newsletter signup is currently being worked on and will eventually be available on Magento Connect.

Allow access to Message and Delivery reports from the Reporting tab
To view Message or Delivery Reports, you must first go to the messages tab, find the message, then click to view the report. It would be intuitive if you could go to the Reports Tab and click "Message Reports" and then choose a message.

Have a segment for Not Opened in Past X
If I clean contacts, I can pull based on people who have not opened any of last XX emails. However, I have to constantly manage this. It would be nice if it were a segment that always updated.
This would save me from always creating lists and then having to remove the list and recreate it from "Clean Contacts".

email overlay section of email reports printable
In the email reports, under the "clicks" tab, there is a email overlay report which labels clicks on the actual HTML Emails. The window this report is in was previously expandable. I suggest bronto make this report more printer friendly by either allowing the window to once again be expanded, or making a printable version of the entire email overlay report.

Include email client in opens report
The new open report is great, especially with the added ability to see the email client. Can this data be included at the contact level in the downloadable reports?

More info on which webform a contact signed up from
In our reporting, I see we can view overall contact growth. Is there a way to report contact growth by location of opt-in? We have a sign-up page as well as a check box in our checkout process. I'd like to see how they are performing and wanted to see if there was a way I could get this information from you.

Ideally, we would offer segmentation on this and the information would be exportable.

We have started work on how we will track and store this information – I will update this when we start working on an interface and have a schedule for delivery

allow a REFRESH-ALL messages when you make edits to a template.
Once you edit a template, there should be a single-click option to refresh all messages that are currently using that template. Some templates can be used by hundreds of messages, and they should not have to all be opened individually in order to click on 'Refresh'! Thanks!

Apply an "Override Caps" Rule to individual contacts
I'd like a way to apply an "Override Caps" rule to individual lists rather than limiting that strictly to the emails themselves. My reasoning is that let's say I have two lists: one with all of the Customer Service Representatives in my company, and a unique list I've pulled for that particular email. Regardless of how many emails I've sent to the CSR list that day/week, I want them to keep getting our promotional materials, whereas I want the cap in place for the individual lists as I don't want to spam them.

We are planning on having per-contact frequency cap override ability at some point in 2011.

Create segments to include large lists of zip codes instead of ranges
Using a range isn't precise enough. Pasting a comma separated value list or importing an XML to the rule logic would help. The goal would be to create segments for each of the shipping zones from our warehouse to custom message customers of when our shipping cutoff dates and times are for their specific mailing address for the holiday season. GeoIP is not exact enough either.

Enable A/B Split Testing with Automated Message Rules
The way this might work is that instead of selecting just one message to send when creating an AMR, you'd get to choose two and specify the % of your list/segment you'd like each to receive.
